Abstract
Description
a)ポリアミド60〜99重量部、好ましくは65〜98重量部、特に好ましくは70〜97重量部、ならびに
b)以下のモノマーの使用下に製造されうるグラフトコポリマー1〜40重量部、好ましくは2〜35重量部、特に好ましくは3〜30重量部、
α)窒素原子を少なくとも4個、好ましくは少なくとも8個、特に好ましくは少なくとも11個有するポリアミン、前記グラフトコポリマーに対して0.5〜25質量%、好ましくは1〜20質量%、特に好ましくは2〜16質量%、ならびに
β)ラクタム、ω−アミノカルボン酸、および/またはジアミンとジカルボン酸との等モルの組み合わせから選択されるポリアミド形成性モノマー、前記グラフトコポリマーに対して75〜99.5質量%、好ましくは80〜99質量%、特に好ましくは84〜98質量%、
a)およびb)の重量部の合計は100である。
・1,12−ドデカン二酸および4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン(PA PACM12)からなるポリアミド、特に35〜65%のトランス−トランス異性体の割合を有する4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンを出発点として、
・テレフタル酸および/またはイソフタル酸ならびに2,2,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミンと2,4,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミンとからなる異性体混合物で構成されるポリアミド
・イソフタル酸および1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンからなるポリアミド
・テレフタル酸/イソフタル酸および1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンからなる混合物で構成されるコポリアミド、場合により4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンとの混合物として、
・テレフタル酸および/またはイソフタル酸、3,3’−ジメチル−4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンならびにラウリンラクタムまたはカプロラクタムからなるコポリアミド
・1,12−ドデカン二酸またはセバシン酸、3,3’−ジメチル−4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン、および場合によりラウリンラクタムまたはカプロラクタムからなる(コ)ポリアミド
・イソフタル酸、4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンおよびラウリンラクタムまたはカプロラクタムからなるコポリアミド
・1,12−ドデカン二酸および4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンからなるポリアミド(トランス、トランス異性体の割合が低い場合)、
・テレフタル酸および/またはイソフタル酸ならびにアルキル置換されたビス(4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン同族体からなるコポリアミド、場合によりヘキサメチレンジアミンとの混合物として、
・ビス(4−アミノ−3−メチル−5−エチル−シクロヘキシル)メタンからなるコポリアミド、場合によりさらなるジアミン、ならびにイソフタル酸と一緒に、場合によりさらなるジカルボン酸と一緒に、
・m−キシレンジアミンおよびさらなるジアミン(例えばヘキサメチレンジアミン)の混合物と、イソフタル酸とからなるコポリアミド、場合によりさらなるジカルボン酸、例えばテレフタル酸および/または2,6−ナフタリンジカルボン酸と一緒に、
・ビス(4−アミノ−シクロヘキシル)メタンおよびビス(4−アミノ−3−メチル−シクロヘキシル)メタンの混合物と、炭素原子を8〜14個有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸とからなるコポリアミド、ならびに
・1,14−テトラデカン二酸ならびに芳香族、アリール脂肪族または脂環式ジアミンを含んでいる混合物からなるポリアミドまたはコポリアミド。
・ポリビニルアミン(Roempp Chemie Lexikon、第9版、第6巻、4921ページ、Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart 1992);
・交互ポリケトンから製造されるポリアミン(DE−OS19654058);
・デンドリマー、例えば
((H2N−(CH2)3)2N−(CH2)3)2−N(CH2)2−N((CH2)2−N((CH2)3−NH2)2)2
(DE−A−19654179)または
トリス(2−アミノエチル)アミン、N,N−ビス(2−アミノエチル)−N’,N’−ビス[2−[ビス(2−アミノエチル)アミノ]−エチル]−1,2−エタンジアミン、3,15−ビス(2−アミノエチル)−6,12−ビス[2−[ビス(2−アミノエチル)アミノ]エチル]−9−[2−ビス[2−ビス(2−アミノエチル)アミノ]エチル]アミノ]エチル]3,6,9,12,15−ペンタアザヘプタデカン−1,17−ジアミン(J.M.Warakomski、Chem.Mat.1992、4、1000〜1004);
・4,5−ジヒドロ−1,3−オキサゾールの重合および後続の加水分解によって製造されうる、線状ポリエチレンイミン(Houben−Weyl、Methoden der Organischen Chemie、第E20巻、1482〜1487ページ、Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart、1987)。
・アジリジンの重合によって得られ(Houben−Weyl、Methoden der Organischen Chemie、第E20巻、1482〜1487ページ、Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart、1987)、かつ一般に以下のアミノ基分布を有する分岐ポリエチレンイミン:
第一級アミノ基25〜46%、
第二級アミノ基30〜45%および
第三級アミノ基16〜40%。
a)別のポリマー、例えば耐衝撃性改質剤、ABSまたはポリフェニレンエーテル。ここでは、位相反転が起こらないこと、つまり前記成形材料のマトリックスがポリアミドから形成されること、または少なくとも相互貫入網目構造が存在することに留意すべきである。相形態がまずそれぞれのポリマーの体積%ならびに溶融物粘度によって決まることは、当業者に公知である。前記別のポリマーがポリアミドよりも明らかに高い溶融粘度を有し、前記ポリアミドが熱可塑性成分の50体積%よりも少なく、例えば約40体積%で存在する場合、前記ポリアミドもマトリックスを形成する。これは、特にポリフェニレンエーテルとのブレンドの場合に重要である。
b)繊維状の補強材、例えば円形または平らな断面を有するガラス繊維、カーボン繊維、アラミド繊維、ステンレススチール繊維またはチタン酸カリウムウィスカ。
c)充填剤、例えば滑石粉、雲母、ケイ酸塩、石英、二酸化ジルコニウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化鉄、硫化亜鉛、グラファイト、硫化モリブデン、二酸化チタン、珪灰石、カオリン、非晶質ケイ酸、炭酸マグネシウム、白亜、石灰、長石、硫酸バリウム、導電性カーボンブラック、グラファイトフィブリル、中実ガラス球、中空ガラス球または粉砕されたガラス。
d)可塑剤、例えばアルコール成分中に炭素原子を2〜20個有するp−ヒドロキシ安息香酸のエステル、またはアミン成分中に炭素原子を2〜12個有するアリールスルホン酸のアミド、好ましくはベンゼンスルホン酸のアミド。
e)顔料および/または染料、例えばカーボンブラック、酸化鉄、硫化亜鉛、ウルトラマリン、ニグロシン、パール顔料または金属箔。
f)防火剤、例えば三酸化アンチモン、ヘキサブロモシクロドデカン、テトラブロモビスフェノール、ホウ酸塩、赤リン、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、メラミンシアヌレート、およびその縮合生成物、例えばメラム、メレム、メロン、メラミン化合物、例えばピロリン酸メラミンおよびポリリン酸メラミン、ポリリン酸アンモニウムならびにリン有機化合物もしくはそれらの塩、例えばレゾルシノールジフェニルフォスフェート、亜リン酸エステルまたはホスフィン酸金属塩。
g)加工助剤、例えばパラフィン、脂肪アルコール、脂肪酸アミド、パラフィンろう、モンタン酸エステル(Montanat)またはポリシロキサン、ならびに
h)安定剤、例えば銅塩、モリブデン酸塩、銅錯体、亜リン酸塩、立体障害フェノール、第二級アミン、UV吸収剤またはHALS安定剤。
4.75kgのラウリンラクタムを加熱釜中で180〜210℃で溶融し、耐圧性の重縮合釜に移した。次に、250mlの水および57ppmの次亜リン酸を添加した。ラウリンラクタム分解を280℃で原圧下で実施した。引き続き3時間以内に3barの残留水蒸気圧に緩和し、250gのポリエチレンイミン(Lupasol G 100、ポリエチレンイミン、BASF AG、Ludwigshafen)を添加した。その後、標準圧に緩め、窒素に切り換えながら2時間250℃で重縮合した。澄明な溶融物を溶融ポンプを介してストランドとして取り出し、水槽内で冷却し、引き続き顆粒化した。結果として生じたポリマーの特性:
溶融温度Tm:170℃、
アミノ基縮合:879mmol/kg、
カルボキシル末端基縮合:<10mmol/kg。
実施例1および2においてはグラフトコポリマーを、ならびに実施例2および比較例2においてはガラス繊維を、二軸スクリュー混練機を介してポリアミドの溶融物に混入した。前記成形材料から100mm×100mm×4mmの寸法のプレートを射出した。相応のプレートをゴムコンパウンドから圧出した。
Claims (10)
- ポリアミド成形材料からなる少なくとも1つの部材および加硫エラストマーからなる少なくとも1つの部材で構成される複合材において、前記ポリアミド成形材料は、少なくとも40質量%が以下の成分、
a)ポリアミド60〜99重量部、ならびに
b)以下のモノマーの使用下に製造されうるグラフトコポリマー1〜40重量部、
α)窒素原子を少なくとも4個有するポリアミン、前記グラフトコポリマーに対して0.5〜25質量%、ならびに
β)ラクタム、ω−アミノカルボン酸、および/またはジアミンとジカルボン酸との等モルの組み合わせから選択されるポリアミド形成性モノマー、前記グラフトコポリマーに対して75〜99.5質量%、
a)およびb)の重量部の合計が100である、
の混合物で構成されることを特徴とする、前記複合材。 - 前記ポリアミド成形材料が脂肪族ポリアミドを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記ポリアミド成形材料が部分芳香族ポリアミドを含んでいて、そのジカルボン酸割合は5〜100モル%が炭素原子を8〜22個有する芳香族ジカルボン酸に由来していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記部分芳香族ポリアミドが少なくとも250℃の結晶融点Tm(ISO11357−3に準拠)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複合材。
- 前記ポリアミド成形材料が透明なポリアミドを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記透明なポリアミドの、ガラス転移点Tg(ISO11357−3に準拠)が、少なくとも110℃であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の複合材。
- 前記ポリアミンがアジリジンの重合によって得られる分岐ポリエチレンイミンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記エラストマーがEPDM、EPM、ACM、フッ素ゴム、NBR、H−NBRおよび/またはAEMであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記加硫エラストマーがゴムコンパウンドの加硫によって得られ、該ゴムコンパウンドはエラストマーの他に加硫剤、加硫活性剤、油および充填剤の群から選択される添加剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- ゴムコンパウンドが前記ポリアミド成形材料と接触して加硫されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の複合材の製造方法。
