Claims (16)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
−コンプレッサ(2)を有し、
−タービン(3)を有し、
−軸受ハウジング(4)であって、
−一方の端部で前記コンプレッサ(2)に接続され、他方のタービン側端部(5)で前記タービン(3)に接続され、
−前記タービン側端部(5)にオイル収集チャンバ(6)を有し、
−ロータシャフト(8)用のすべり軸受装置(7)を有する軸受ハウジング(4)を有し、
・前記すべり軸受装置が、内側軸受面と外周面とを有するコンプレッサ側軸受(9’)を備え、
・また前記コンプレッサ側軸受(9’)から軸方向に間隔を空けられ、かつ内側軸受面(11)と外周面(12)とを有するタービン側軸受(10’)を備え、
−前記コンプレッサ側軸受(9’)及び前記タービン側軸受(10’)が異なる設計である、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記コンプレッサ側軸受(9’)の領域の前記ロータシャフト(8)の外径及び/又は前記タービン側軸受(10’)の領域の前記ロータシャフト(8)の外径が、前記軸受(9’、10’)の間の前記ロータシャフトの直径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記直径の拡張が、僅かな斜角の提供によって又はシャフト肩部の提供によって実現される、請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記コンプレッサ側軸受(9’)が軸受ブッシュ(9)を有し、前記軸受ブッシュの外径が前記タービン側軸受ブッシュ(10)の外径よりも大きいか又は小さい、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記コンプレッサ側軸受ブッシュ(9)の外径が前記タービン側軸受ブッシュ(10)の外径よりも大きいか又は小さい、請求項4に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(9、10)の前記内側及び/又は外側の軸受幅(12、13、14、17)が異なる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(9、10)の前記内側軸受面(11)及び/又は前記外側軸受面(17)が異なる設計であり、前記コンプレッサ側又は前記タービン側において前記軸受面に溝が特に設けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記軸受ハウジング(4)の前記軸受ブッシュ(9、10)用の収容孔(9”、10”)が、特に孔径及び/又は孔幅に関して異なる設計である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記軸受ハウジング(4)の前記収容孔の内面(4)が異なる設計であり、円周セグメントに配置された鎌状溝(20)が前記内面に特に設けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記タービン側軸受ブッシュ(10)が前記オイル収集チャンバ(6)の領域に延在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記内側軸受面(11)が、2つの間隔を空けた軸受面領域(13、14)に分割される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記軸受面領域(13、14)が、半径方向外側に凹設された隙間(15)によって互いに分離される、請求項11に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記タービン側軸受ブッシュ(10)が、連続的な外周面(12)を有する対称設計である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記タービン側軸受ブッシュ(10)が、肩部(16)によって2つの外周面領域(17、18)に分割された外周面(12)を有する非対称の設計である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- 前記軸受ブッシュ(9、10)が、スペーサ装置(19)によって前記ロータシャフト(8)に沿って軸方向に間隔を空けて保持される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
- スペーサ装置(19)によって軸方向に間隔を空けた前記軸受ブッシュ(9、10)が、1つの構成要素を形成するために組み合わされる、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
