Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤組成物は、金属片と、ゾルゲル樹脂と、NCO%が2.5〜3.1、重量平均分子量が70,000〜100,000であるポリウレタンプレポリマーと、溶媒とを含んでなる。

Description
水130重量部に長軸長さ10μmの亜鉛片90重量部、ジルコニウムブトキシド40重量部、イソプロピルチタネート10重量部、γ−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン50重量部、及びn−フェニル−γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン70重量部を添加して混合した後、温度を25℃にし、攪拌速度を1500rpmに維持した状態で、NCO%が2.8、重量平均分子量が90,000のイソホロンジイソシアネートとポリカーボネートポリオールからなる自己乳化型ポリウレタンプレポリマー230重量部を添加して、10分間分散して、本発明の有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤を製造した。
ポリウレタンプレポリマーを200重量部とし、他は実施例1と同一の配合にして、防食金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
ポリウレタンプレポリマーを250重量部とし、他は実施例1と同一の配合にして、防食金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
金属片の長軸長さが8μmの亜鉛片を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様の条件で防食金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
ポリウレタンプレポリマーのNCO%が3.1である以外は、実施例1と同様の条件で防食金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
ポリウレタンプレポリマーのNCO%を2.0とし、他は実施例1と同一の配合にして、有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤を製造した。
xポリウレタンプレポリマーのNCO%を3.5とし、他は実施例1と同一の配合にして、有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤を製造した。
ポリウレタンプレポリマーを300重量部とし、他は実施例1と同一の配合にして、有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤を製造した。
自動車ディスクの表面に、前記実施例及び比較例で製造された有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤をスプレーで塗布して、厚さ15〜20μmの防食性塗膜を形成し、耐酸性、耐水密着性及び耐食性を測定し、その結果を表1に示す。前記防食性塗膜は、いずれも120℃の温度で約10分間硬化させたもので、具体的な方法は表1にまとめた。

NCO%が2.5〜3.1であり、かつ、重量平均分子量が70,000〜100,000であるポリウレタンプレポリマーと、
溶媒とを含んでなる、有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤組成物。 - 前記金属片の金属は亜鉛であり、前記金属片の長軸の長さは5〜10μmである、請求項1に記載の有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤組成物。
- 前記金属片は80〜110重量部であり、前記溶媒は100〜150重量部である、請求項2に記載の有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤組成物。
- 前記ゾルゲル樹脂は140〜210重量部であり、前記ポリウレタンプレポリマーは200〜250重量部である、 請求項3に記載の有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤組成物。
- 前記ゾルゲル樹脂は、ジルコニウムブトキシド、イソプロピルチタネート、γ−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、n−フェニル−γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、及びその混合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの樹脂を含む、請求項4に記載の有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤組成物。
- 前記ゾルゲル樹脂は、ジルコニウムブトキシド30〜50重量部、イソプロピルチタネート10〜20重量部、γ−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン40〜60重量部、及びn−フェニル−γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン60〜80重量部から構成される、請求項5に記載の有機・無機ハイブリッド型防食コーティング剤組成物。
