Abstract

本发明制备一种潮气固化的耐油防腐涂料,涂料固化后涂层交联密度高,机械性能优异,尤其具有突出持久的耐油品性能、耐酸碱性能、耐盐雾性能以及耐湿热性能,能够为工程机械设备结构件与紧固件进行持久的耐油品、耐化学介质以及耐环境因素的防腐蚀保护。

一种潮气固化耐油防腐涂料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种潮气固化耐油防腐涂料及制备方法。
背景技术
工程机械以及车辆设备结构件、标准件及紧固件的制造主要以金属材料为主,为避免材料腐蚀,在制造时一般预先进行了防腐蚀处理,常用的处理方法有发蓝或磷化浸油、镀锌、预涂防腐蚀涂层以及达克罗防腐蚀等。由于安装公差等条件限制,这类防护材料的厚度均较薄,防腐寿命短,且在安装及使用过程中受到力矩或是碰撞后易破坏,从而失去防护性能;另外,工程机械设备多在室外存放,且我国的工程机械制造厂家多分布在南方或是临海城市,所处自然环境湿度大、温度高,极易造成金属材料的腐蚀。因此,结构件与标准件在安装后还需再刷涂或喷涂一层防护材料,以避免腐蚀缺陷,从而提高设备的耐腐蚀性能。
考虑到施工方便性,上述防护材料基本为挥发干燥型的单组份涂料甚至是含少量防锈颜料的油脂及蜡,涂层基本无交联,耐盐雾、湿热性及对液体腐蚀介质,尤其是工程机械常接触的各种油品抗耐性极差,防护时间短。
发明内容
本发明的目的为:制备一种潮气固化的耐油防腐涂料,涂料固化后涂层交联密度高,机械性能优异,尤其具有突出持久的耐油品性能、耐酸碱性能、耐盐雾性能以及耐湿热性能,能够为工程机械设备结构件与紧固件进行持久的耐油品、耐化学介质以及耐环境因素的防腐蚀保护。
本发明主要针对工程机械用防护进行研究,制备了一种潮气固化耐油防腐涂料,该涂层施加在紧固件施工安装完成后进行喷涂,能够为基材提供持久、优异的耐油品、耐化学介质以及耐环境因素的防腐蚀保护。
所述潮气固化耐油防腐涂料主要为单组分涂料,涂料施工后,利用体系中的-NCO基团同空气中的水分反应而固化
潮气固化耐油防腐涂料由端NCO聚氨酯预聚物、硅烷偶联剂、除水剂、透明防锈剂、基材润湿剂以及混合溶剂组成。
按质量百分数计,潮气固化耐油防腐涂料的配方为:

所述偶联剂为端氨基聚硅氧烷为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷以及、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三乙氧基硅烷中的至少一种。
所述除水剂为ALT-201、BF-5以及Additive TI中的至少一种。
所述基材润湿剂为BYK-331、BYK-320、BYK-333、BYK-300、BYK-306、BYK-315、TEGOwet KL 245、TEGO wet 270、TEGO wet 280、TEGO wet 500、TEGO wet 505中的至少一种。
所述混合溶剂为乙酸乙酯、丁酮、甲基异丁基酮、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的乙酸乙酯、丁酮、甲基异丁基酮、醋酸丁酯中至少一种以及二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的至少一种。

所述脂肪族多异氰酸酯单体为HDI、IPDI、四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯、六氢化甲苯二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
所述小分子三元醇为三羟甲基丙烷以及丙三醇中的至少一种。
所述混合溶剂为乙酸乙酯、丁酮、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸丁酯、二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的乙酸乙酯、丁酮、甲基异丁基酮、醋酸丁酯中至少一种以及二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的至少一种。

所述二元醇为乙二醇、1.5-戊二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇以及一缩二乙二醇中的至少三种。
所述二元酸为壬二酸、戊二酸、己二酸以及癸二酸中的至少两种。
所述小分子三元醇为三羟甲基丙烷以及丙三醇中的至少一种。
所述合成用溶剂为二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、醋酸丁酯以及甲基异丁基酮中的一种。
本发明潮气固化耐油防腐涂料的制备方法,按照以上所述配方备料,其步骤为:
加入计量的多端羟基饱和聚酯单体、酯化催化剂、抗氧剂,通入氮气带走体系中氧气,加热至160℃开始酯化,并以10℃/小时的速度逐渐升至190℃保温酯化,至酸值小于20mgKOH/g时,加入适量合成用溶剂,保温回流脱水,至酸值小于5mgKOH/g后降温出料,既得端-OH饱和聚酯树脂。
在端-OH饱和聚酯中加入计量的小分子三元醇、二月桂酸二丁基锡、混合溶剂、在搅拌状态下加入脂肪族异氰酸酯单体,升温至60℃反应2小时,再升温至80℃保温反应4h,出料既得端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物。
取已制备好的端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物中加入硅烷偶联剂、除水剂、透明防锈剂、基材润湿剂,分散搅拌均匀,最后加入溶剂调制粘度,过滤出料即制得潮气固化耐油防腐涂料。
本发明涉及的是一种潮气固化耐油防腐涂料及其制备方法,其防护涂层能够在基材表面上形成连续、均匀的高交联度防护涂层,该涂层对油品、酸碱介质以及盐雾、湿热等具有良好的抗耐性,能够为工程机械设备结构件与紧固件进行持久的耐油品、耐化学介质以及耐环境因素的防腐蚀保护。该方法具有如下有益效果:
(1)采用单组分形式+潮气固化的方式制备耐油防腐蚀涂料,涂层固化后交联密度高,对油品、酸碱等液体介质具有极佳的抗耐性;
(2)采用溶剂法、熔融法相结合的混合法合成工艺端-OH饱和聚酯,具有醇损失量小,含水量少,反应操作条件适中的有点,兼有溶剂法、融熔法的优点;
(3)本发明所用合成单体均为脂肪族或饱和结构,保证了涂层的耐候性;三分子三元醇为枝化单体,赋予树脂多官能度,提高涂层交联密度,保证其耐介质性能。
(4)于体系中引入聚氨酯除水剂,能够保证涂料的贮存性,解决了潮气固化聚氨酯涂料贮存性差的问题。
具体实施方式
本实施例示范了潮气固化耐油防腐涂料的制备方法。
实施例一:
(1)先将150g新戊二醇、150g1,4-丁二醇、90g的乙二醇以及200.0g癸二酸、240.0g己二酸、52.0kg三羟甲基丙烷以及5.0g单丁基氧化锡、5.0g抗氧剂加入,通入氮气带走体系中氧气,加热至160℃开始酯化,以10℃/小时的速度逐渐升至190℃保温酯化,测酸值小于20mgKOH/g时,加入150.0g二甲苯,保温回流脱水,至酸值小于5mgKOH/g以下后,降温至80℃以下,过滤出料,即得端-OH饱和聚酯树脂;
(2)将450.0g端羟基聚酯树脂、31.0g三羟甲基丙烷、3.0g二月桂酸二丁基锡以及280g由乙酸丁酯和二甲苯组成的混合溶剂加入,开搅拌,降温到40-50℃,缓慢加入250.0gIPDI,缓慢升温至60℃保温反应2h后,升至80℃继续保温反应4h,,过滤出料,即得橡端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物;
(3)潮气固化耐油防腐涂料的制备:将500g端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物、8g端氨基聚硅氧烷为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三乙氧基硅烷、50g Additive TI、40g透明防锈剂、6g BYK-333加入,混合搅拌均匀,加入400g混合溶剂调制粘度,过滤出料即得潮气固化耐油防腐涂料。
实施例二:
(1)先将130g1,3-丙二醇、180g1,4-丁二醇、80g的乙二醇以及200.0g癸二酸、240.0g己二酸、52.0g三羟甲基丙烷以及5.0g单丁基氧化锡、5.0g抗氧剂加入,通入氮气带走体系中氧气,加热至160℃开始酯化,以10℃/小时的速度逐渐升至190℃保温酯化,测酸值小于20mgKOH/g时,加入150.0g丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,保温回流脱水,至酸值小于5mgKOH/g以下后,降温至80℃以下,过滤出料,即得端-OH饱和聚酯树脂;
(2)将450.0g端羟基聚酯树脂、25.0g丙三醇、3.0g二月桂酸二丁基锡以及3000g由甲基异丁基酮和二甲苯组成的混合溶剂加入,开搅拌,降温到40-50℃,缓慢加入230.0gHDI,缓慢升温至60℃保温反应2h后,升至80℃继续保温反应4h,,过滤出料,即得橡端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物;
(3)潮气固化耐油防腐涂料的制备:将500g端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物、8g端氨基聚硅氧烷为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三乙氧基硅烷、50g ALT-201、40g透明防锈剂、6g TEGO wet500加入,混合搅拌均匀,加入400g混合溶剂调制粘度,过滤出料即得潮气固化耐油防腐涂料。
实施例三:
(1)先将150g新戊二醇、150g 1,4-丁二醇、90g的乙二醇以及300.0g癸二酸、150.0g己二酸、45.0g丙三醇以及5.0g单丁基氧化锡、5.0g抗氧剂加入,通入氮气带走体系中氧气,加热至160℃开始酯化,以10℃/小时的速度逐渐升至190℃保温酯化,测酸值小于20mgKOH/g时,加入150.0g醋酸丁酯,保温回流脱水,至酸值小于5mgKOH/g以下后,降温至80℃以下,过滤出料,即得端-OH饱和聚酯树脂;
(2)将450.0g端羟基聚酯树脂、28.0g三羟甲基丙烷、3.0g二月桂酸二丁基锡以及3000g由丁基和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯组成的混合溶剂加入,开搅拌,降温到40-50℃,缓慢加入230.0g IPDI,缓慢升温至60℃保温反应2h后,升至80℃继续保温反应4h,,过滤出料,即得橡端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物;
(3)潮气固化耐油防腐涂料的制备:将500g端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物、8g端氨基聚硅氧烷为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三乙氧基硅烷、50g BF-5、40g透明防锈剂、6g BYK-306加入,混合搅拌均匀,加入400g混合溶剂调制粘度,过滤出料即得潮气固化耐油防腐涂料。
将实施例1-3的产品性能测试结果见表1。

7.根据权利要求6所述的潮气固化的耐油防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述脂肪族多异氰酸酯单体为HDI、IPDI、四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯、六氢化甲苯二异氰酸酯中的至少一种,所述小分子三元醇为三羟甲基丙烷以及丙三醇中的至少一种,所述混合溶剂为乙酸乙酯、丁酮、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸丁酯、二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的乙酸乙酯、丁酮、甲基异丁基酮、醋酸丁酯中至少一种以及二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的潮气固化的耐油防腐涂料,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,所述合成端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物用端-OH饱和聚酯合成配方为:

9.根据权利要求8所述的潮气固化的耐油防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述二元醇为乙二醇、1.5-戊二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇以及一缩二乙二醇中的至少三种,所述二元酸为壬二酸、戊二酸、己二酸以及癸二酸中的至少两种,所述小分子三元醇为三羟甲基丙烷以及丙三醇中的至少一种,所述合成用溶剂为二甲苯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、醋酸丁酯以及甲基异丁基酮中的一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的潮气固化的耐油防腐涂料,其特征在于,本发明潮气固化耐油防腐涂料的制备方法,按照以上所述配方备料,其步骤为:
加入计量的多端羟基饱和聚酯单体、酯化催化剂、抗氧剂,通入氮气带走体系中氧气,加热至160℃开始酯化,并以10℃/小时的速度逐渐升至190℃保温酯化,至酸值小于20mgKOH/g时,加入适量合成用溶剂,保温回流脱水,至酸值小于5mgKOH/g后降温出料,既得端-OH饱和聚酯树脂,
在端-OH饱和聚酯中加入计量的小分子三元醇、二月桂酸二丁基锡、混合溶剂、在搅拌状态下加入脂肪族异氰酸酯单体,升温至60℃反应2小时,再升温至80℃保温反应4h,出料既得端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物,
取已制备好的端-NCO聚氨酯预聚物中加入硅烷偶联剂、除水剂、透明防锈剂、基材润湿剂,分散搅拌均匀,最后加入溶剂调制粘度,过滤出料即制得潮气固化耐油防腐涂料。
