Description
粒子サイズ8μmのアルミニウムマグネシウム合金90重量部及び粒子サイズ8μmのアルミニウム35重量部にアセトン70重量部を2時間常温で混合し、温度を15℃に調節した後、ジルコニウムテトラ−n−ブタノラート29重量部、ジルコニウムブトキシド15重量部、及びイソプロピルチタネート5重量部を添加して5時間、400rpmで攪拌し、その後に、温度を10℃、攪拌速度を100rpmにそれぞれ低下した後、トリ−(3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル)イソシアヌレート35重量部、γ−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン60重量部、及びn−フェニル−γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン55重量部を添加して5時間攪拌し、防食用金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
ジルコニウムテトラ−n−ブタノラートを20重量部とし、他は実施例1と同一の配合にして、防食用金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
ジルコニウムブトキシドを10重量部とし、他は実施例1と同一の配合にして、防食用金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
金属粉末として、アルミニウムマグネシウム合金とアルミニウムの混合物を使用する代わりに、粒子サイズ8μmのアルミニウム125重量部のみを使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防食用金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
第1ゾルゲル樹脂と第2ゾルゲル樹脂を順次入れる以外は、実施例1と同様の条件で混合及び攪拌して、防食用金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
アルミニウムマグネシウムとして粒子サイズ15μmのものを使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防食用金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
アルミニウムマグネシウムとしてサイズ20μmのものを使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防食用金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
ゾルゲル樹脂の代わりにエポキシを使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、防食用金属塗膜組成物を製造した。
鋼鉄の表面に、前記実施例及び比較例で製造された防食用金属塗膜組成物をスプレー法で塗布した後、乾く前に、韓国特許第10−0848671号(2008.7.28公告)の組成物であるシラン変性エポキシ樹脂系を用いてスプレーで塗布して厚さ20〜25μmの複合防食性塗膜を形成し、耐酸性、密着性、耐水密着性、耐食性及び金属層の這い上がり現象を測定した。その結果を表1に示す。前記防食性塗膜は、いずれも130℃の温度で約10分間硬化させたもので、具体的な方法は表1のとおりまとめた。

- アルミニウム、マグネシウム及びその合金よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの金属粉末と、
ジルコニウムテトラ−n−ブタノラート、ジルコニウムブトキシド、イソプロピルチタネート、及びその混合物よりなる群から選択される第1ゾルゲル樹脂と、
トリ−(3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル)イソシアヌレート、γ−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、及びn−フェニル−γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、及びその混合物よりなる群から選択される第2ゾルゲル樹脂と、
溶媒とを含んでなり、
前記金属粉末は100〜160重量部、前記第1ゾルゲル樹脂は35〜60重量部、前記第2ゾルゲル樹脂は165〜250重量部、前記溶媒は60〜90重量部であり、
前記金属粉末は、アルミニウムマグネシウム合金70〜100重量部とアルミニウム30〜60重量部とから構成される、省エネルギー型防食用金属塗膜組成物。 - 前記第1ゾルゲル樹脂は、ジルコニウムテトラ−n−ブタノラート20〜30重量部、ジルコニウムブトキシド10〜20重量部、及びイソプロピルチタネート5〜10重量部から構成される、請求項1に記載の省エネルギー型防食用金属塗膜組成物。
- 前記第2ゾルゲル樹脂は、トリ−(3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル)イソシアヌレート30〜50重量部、γ−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン50〜70重量部、及びn−フェニル−γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン50〜70重量部から構成される、請求項2に記載の省エネルギー型防食用金属塗膜組成物。
- 前記溶媒はアセトンである、請求項3に記載の省エネルギー型防食用金属塗膜組成物。
- アルミニウム、マグネシウム、及びその合金よりなる群から選ばれる金属粉末を、溶媒に2〜3時間混合する金属粉末分散手順と、
前記金属粉末分散手順の混合物に、ジルコニウムテトラ−n−ブタノラート、ジルコニウムブトキシド、イソプロピルチタネート、及びその混合物よりなる群から選ばれる第1ゾルゲル樹脂を添加し、3〜5時間、300〜400rpmで攪拌する第1ゾルゲル樹脂混合及び攪拌手順と、
前記第1ゾルゲル樹脂混合及び攪拌手順の混合物に、トリ−(3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル)イソシアヌレート、γ−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、n−フェニル−γ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、及びその混合物よりなる群から選ばれる第2ゾルゲル樹脂を添加し、4〜7時間、100〜200rpmで攪拌する第2ゾルゲル樹脂混合及び攪拌手順とを含んでなる、省エネルギー型防食用金属塗膜組成物の製造方法。 - 前記第1ゾルゲル樹脂混合及び攪拌手順における温度は15〜20℃に維持する、請求項5に記載の省エネルギー型防食用金属塗膜組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第2ゾルゲル樹脂混合及び攪拌手順における温度は10〜15℃に維持する、請求項6に記載の省エネルギー型防食用金属塗膜組成物の製造方法。
