の酸化化合物の製造方法であって、
一の軸に対して不完全な回転運動を行う反応容器内で、Li及びMの酸化物類、水酸化物類、カーボネート類及び硝酸塩類から選択された混合物をともに600〜1200℃の範囲内の反応温度に加熱する。

の酸化化合物の製造方法であって、
一の軸に対して不完全な回転運動を行う反応容器内で、Li及びMの酸化物類、水酸化物類、カーボネート類及び硝酸塩類から選択された混合物をともに600〜1200℃の範囲内の反応温度に加熱する方法に関する。

Claims (10)
- 一般式(I)
LizMxOy (I)
(但し、M:周期表の第2族〜第12族から選択される1以上の元素、x:1〜2、y:2〜4、及びz:0.5〜1.5)
の酸化化合物の製造方法であって、
一の軸に対して不完全な回転運動を行う反応容器内で、Li及びMの酸化物類、水酸化物類、カーボネート類及び硝酸塩類から選択された混合物をともに600〜1200℃の範囲内の反応温度に加熱することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 不完全回転運動を行う軸は、
水平面に対して1〜20℃の範囲の傾斜を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 反応容器は、振り子式キルンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 反応容器は、1〜20°の範囲の傾斜を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 酸素含有雰囲気または酸素濃縮雰囲気中で行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- Li及びMの酸化物類、水酸化物類、カーボネート類及び硝酸塩類から選択された酸化物の混合物を微粉状またはペースト状で用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- Li及びMの酸化物類、水酸化物類、カーボネート類及び硝酸塩類から選択された酸化物の混合物をペースト状で用い、前記ペーストは、水またはアルコールで調製されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 不完全な回転運動の往復する領域は、60〜250°の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 反応温度は、
直接加熱によって少なくとも部分的に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - Mは、Co、Mn、Ni、Fe及びMgから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
