Abstract
Description
B)エチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー(EVOH)から製造されたバリア層とを含む多層構造物が開示され、
ポリアミド層がバリア層に直接に付着され、
ポリアミド組成物が、
a)
i)8〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族ジカルボン酸および4〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミン、または
ii)6〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸および6〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族ジアミン、または
iii)7〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族アミノカルボン酸から選択されたグループAのモノマーと、
b)
iv)6〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸および4〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミン、または
v)4〜20個の炭素原子を有するラクタムおよび/または脂肪族アミノカルボン酸から選択されたグループBのモノマーとから製造されたコポリアミドから選択された1つまたは複数の半芳香族コポリアミドを含み、
グループAのモノマーが、コポリアミドに基づいて大体10モルパーセント〜大体40モルパーセントの量において存在し、グループBのモノマーが、コポリアミドに基づいて大体60モルパーセント〜大体90モルパーセントの量において存在する。
a)
i)8〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族ジカルボン酸および4〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミン、または
ii)6〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸および6〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族ジアミン、または
iii)7〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族アミノカルボン酸から選択されたグループAのモノマーと、
b)
iv)6〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸および4〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミン、または
v)4〜20個の炭素原子を有するラクタムおよび/または脂肪族アミノカルボン酸から選択されたグループBのモノマーとから製造されたコポリアミドから選択され、そこにおいてグループAのモノマーは、コポリアミドに基づいて大体10モルパーセント〜大体40モルパーセント、好ましくは大体15モルパーセント〜大体35モルパーセントの量において存在し、グループBのモノマーは、コポリアミドに基づいて大体60モルパーセント〜大体90モルパーセント、好ましくは大体65モルパーセント〜大体85モルパーセントの量において存在する。
EVOH:約32モルパーセントのエチレン含有量を有するエチレンビニルアルコールコポリマーであり、クラレ株式会社.によって名称EVAL(登録商標)F171214として供給されている。
最初に、ポリアミド層とEVOHバリア層との間の接着を検査するために、矩形の細片を二層構造物から切り分け、層を引き離した。表1に示された「0」の値は、接着を示さないかまたは構造物を切り分けた時に2つの層が離れているという感触を与えた試験片に相当する。
Claims (15)
- A)ポリアミド組成物から製造されたポリアミド層と、
B)エチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー(EVOH)から製造されたバリア層とを含む多層構造物であって、
ポリアミド層がバリア層に直接に付着され、
ポリアミド組成物が、
a)
i)8〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族ジカルボン酸および4〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミン、または
ii)6〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸および6〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族ジアミン、または
iii)7〜20個の炭素原子を有する芳香族アミノカルボン酸から選択されたグループAのモノマーと、
b)
iv)6〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸および4〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミン、または
v)4〜20個の炭素原子を有するラクタムおよび/または脂肪族アミノカルボン酸から選択されたグループBのモノマーとから製造されたコポリアミドから選択された1つまたは複数の半芳香族コポリアミドを含み、
グループAの前記モノマーが、前記コポリアミドに基づいて大体10モルパーセント〜大体40モルパーセントの量において存在し、グループBの前記モノマーが、前記コポリアミドに基づいて大体60モルパーセント〜大体90モルパーセントの量において存在する、多層構造物。 - 前記1つまたは複数の半芳香族コポリアミドが、a)テレフタル酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミンから選択されたグループAのモノマーと、(b)アゼライン酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミン、デカン二酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミン、ウンデカン二酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミン、ドデカン二酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミン、トリデカン二酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミン、テトラデカン二酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミン、カプロラクタム、ラウロラクタム、および11−アミノウンデカン酸から選択されたグループBのモノマーとから製造されたコポリアミドから選択される、請求項1に記載の多層構造物。
- 1つまたは複数の半芳香族が、a)テレフタル酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミンから選択されたグループAのモノマーと、(b)デカン二酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミン、およびドデカン二酸およびヘキサメチレンジアミンから選択されたグループBのモノマーとから製造されたコポリアミドからである、請求項1に記載の多層構造物。
- 前記ポリアミド組成物が、1つまたは複数の官能化ポリオレフィンをさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造物。
- 前記1つまたは複数の官能化ポリオレフィンが、無水マレイン酸グラフト化ポリエチレン、無水マレイン酸グラフト化ポリプロピレン、無水マレイン酸グラフト化エチレンアルファ−オレフィンコポリマー、少なくとも1つのアルファ−オレフィンとジエンとから誘導された無水マレイン酸グラフト化コポリマーおよびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項4に記載の多層構造物。
- 前記1つまたは複数の官能化ポリオレフィンが大体10〜大体30重量パーセントの量において存在し、重量パーセンテージが前記ポリアミド組成物の全重量に基づいている、請求項4または5に記載の多層構造物。
- 前記ポリアミド組成物が、非官能化ポリエチレン、非官能化ポリプロピレン、非官能化エチレンアルファ−オレフィンコポリマー、非官能化エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)およびそれらの混合物から選択された1つまたは複数の非官能化ポリオレフィンをさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造物。
- 前記1つまたは複数の非官能化ポリオレフィンが大体10〜大体30重量パーセントにおいて存在し、重量パーセンテージが前記ポリアミド組成物の全重量に基づいている、請求項7に記載の多層構造物。
- 前記ポリアミド組成物が、スルホンアミド、ヒドロキシ安息香酸のエステル、テトラヒドロフルフリルアルコールエステルまたはエーテル、クエン酸のエステルまたはヒドロキシマロン酸のエステルおよびそれらの混合物から選択された1つまたは複数の可塑剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造物。
- 中空体の形態である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造物。
- 前記中空体がホース、パイプ、ダクト、チューブ、チュービングまたは導管である、請求項10に記載の多層構造物。
- 流体を搬送するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造物の,
、使用。 - 前記流体が燃料である、請求項12に記載の使用。
- 前記流体を請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層構造物を通過させる工程を含む、流体を搬送するための方法。
- 前記流体が燃料である、請求項14に記載の方法。
