Description
Claims (14)
- ブロックタイプの形状を有し、前記ブロックの側面から選択される一つ以上の側面が傾斜面からなる芯材と、
複数の前記芯材を平面上に配列し、前記傾斜面が互いに対向する状態で離隔した形態で配列してなるグルーブ型断熱ボードと、
前記グルーブ型断熱ボードの上部面及び下部面全体を取り囲むフィルムパウチ形態で構成され、真空シーリング工程によって前記グルーブ型断熱ボードに密着できるように形成され、前記芯材間の離隔した部分で曲げ性が示されるように形成される外被材と、を含むグルーブタイプ真空断熱材。 - 前記芯材は、グラスウール、シリカボード、ガラスボード及びポリウレタンフォームから選択される一つ以上を含む請求項1に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材。
- 前記芯材は、平面形態が三角形、四角形、円形及び多角形から選択されるいずれか一つからなるブロックタイプである請求項1に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材。
- 前記芯材の傾斜面と前記芯材の底面とがなす角は15〜60゜である請求項1に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材。
- 前記外被材は、LDPE(Linear Density PolyEthylene)、LLDPE(Linear Low Density PolyEthylene)、HDPE(High Density PolyEthylene)、CPP(Chlorinated Polypropylene)フィルム及びOPP(Oriented Polypropylene)フィルムから選択される一つ以上を含む請求項1に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材。
- 前記外被材は、前記各芯材間の離隔した部分で曲げ性が示され、接着部分が芯材の底面と同一の平面上に形成される請求項1に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材。
- ブロックタイプの形状を有し、前記ブロックの側面から選択される一つ以上の側面が傾斜面からなる芯材を形成する段階と、
複数の前記芯材を平面上に配列し、前記傾斜面が互いに対向する状態で離隔した形態で配列したグルーブ型断熱ボードを形成する段階と、
前記グルーブ型断熱ボードを袋状からなる外被材の一端に備えられた開口部を介して前記外被材の内部に挿入する段階と、
真空チャンバーの内部で前記開口部を介して前記外被材内部の空気を抜いて真空状態にする段階と、
前記真空状態で前記開口部をシーリングして真空断熱材を形成する段階と、
シーリングされた前記真空断熱材を前記真空チャンバーからオーブンに移動させた後、前記真空断熱材を加熱する段階と、を含むグルーブタイプ真空断熱材の製造方法。 - 前記芯材は、グラスウール、シリカボード、ガラスボード及びポリウレタンフォームから選択される一つ以上で形成される請求項7に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記外被材は、LDPE(Linear Density PolyEthylene)、LLDPE(Linear Low Density PolyEthylene)、HDPE(High Density PolyEthylene)、CPP(Chlorinated Polypropylene)フィルム及びOPP(Oriented Polypropylene)フィルムから選択される一つ以上を含む請求項7に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記開口部をシーリングする段階は、熱シーリングで前記外被材の開口部を仕上げる段階を含む請求項7に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記真空断熱材を加熱する段階は150〜200℃で行う請求項7に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記真空断熱材を加熱する段階は、赤外線輻射熱加熱方式又は熱風加熱方式を用いて行う請求項7に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記オーブンとして真空オーブンを使用する請求項7に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記グルーブ型断熱ボードを形成する段階で、前記複数の芯材を基材フィルムの平面上に配列し、前記基材フィルムは外被材の熱融着層と同一の材質を使用して形成する請求項7に記載のグルーブタイプ真空断熱材の製造方法。
