Abstract
본 발명 그루브 타입 진공 단열재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 블록 타입의 모양을 가지고, 상기 블록의 측면 중 선택되는 하나 이상의 측면이 경사면으로 이루어진 심재와, 복수개의 상기 심재를 평면상에 배열하되, 상기 경사면이 서로 마주 보는 상태에서 이격된 형태로 배열되어 이루어지는 그루브형 단열보드 및 상기 그루브형 단열보드 상부면 및 하부면 전체를 감싸는 필름 파우치 형태로 구성되며, 진공 실링(Sealing) 공정에 의해서 상기 그루브형 단열보드에 밀착될 수 있도록 형성되어, 상기 심재 사이의 이격된 부분에서 굽힘성이 나타나도록 형성되는 외피재를 포함하는 그루브 타입의 진공 단열재를 제공하고, 이를 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 것에 관한 발명이다.
