Claims (20)
- 心室の活動容積を縮小するため患者の心室内へ挿入する心室容積縮小インプラントで、縮小容積を調節するためにインプラントの高さが調節可能である心室容積縮小インプラントであって、
心室を仕切るために心室を横切って渡される仕切膜と、
高さ調節可能な脚領域を備える支持フレームであって、複数の支持支柱を備え、脚領域の高さを調節することは、心室内の仕切膜の高さを調節する、支持フレームと、
を備え、
上記インプラントは、しぼんだ形態で挿入され、心室内で配置形態へ拡張されるよう構成される、
心室容積縮小インプラント。 - 高さ調節可能な脚領域は、高さを調節するように構成された移動可能なカラーを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 高さ調節可能な脚領域は、規定の高さに脚を固定するロックを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 心室の活動容積を縮小するため患者の心室内へ挿入する心室容積縮小インプラントで、心室による血液のポンピングを援助するように構成された心室容積縮小インプラントであって、
心室を仕切るために心室を横切って渡される仕切膜と、
上記膜を支持し、心室の壁へ上記膜を固定する複数の支持支柱を備えた支持フレームと、
ポンピングを援助するため上記膜へ力を作用し、上記膜に接触するバイアス要素と、
を備え、
上記インプラントは、しぼんだ形態で挿入され、心室内で配置形態へ拡張されるよう構成される、
心室容積縮小インプラント。 - 上記バイアス要素は、上記膜と上記支持フレームとの間で固定されるバルーンを備える、請求項4に記載のインプラント。
- 上記バイアス要素は、上記膜の下に延在し、膜の下側に連結された一若しくは複数のブリッジ支柱を備える、請求項4に記載のインプラント。
- 心室の活動容積を縮小するため患者の心室内へ挿入する心室容積縮小インプラントで、カニューレを通過可能なしぼんだ送り込み形態、及び、心室の一部に渡る拡張され配置された形態を有する心室容積縮小インプラントであって、
中心ハブに連結され、かつ中心ハブから外側へ延在する、比較的硬く平らにされた複数のバネ板であって、拡張された形態では、心室を横切る仕切りバリアを形成する、バネ板と、
心室の壁に仕切りバリアを固定するため、仕切りバリアの遠位端に複数のアンカーと、
を備えた心室容積縮小インプラント。 - 板バネは、中心ハブに連結され、かつ、仕切りバリアを形成するため、しぼんだ挿入形態から、重なり合う拡張した形態へ扇型に広がるように構成される、請求項7に記載のインプラント。
- 板バネは、各板の放射状の長さに沿って互いにヒンジ結合されている、請求項7に記載のインプラント。
- 心室の活動容積を縮小するため患者の心室内へ挿入する心室容積縮小インプラントであって、
心室を仕切るために心室に渡される仕切膜と、
中心ハブに連結された仕切膜を支持する複数の支持支柱を備える支持フレームと、
支持フレームから延在し、心室を横切って仕切部材をしっかりと固定する、複数の固着支柱と、
を備え、
上記インプラントは、しぼんだ形態で挿入され、心室内で配置形態へ拡張されるよう構成される、
心室容積縮小インプラント。 - ハブに接続されていない支持支柱の端は、滑節によって固着支柱の端に連結される、請求項10に記載のインプラント。
- 心室の活動容積を縮小するため患者の心室内へ挿入する心室容積縮小インプラントであって、
心室を仕切るために心室を横切って渡される仕切膜と、
中心ハブから延在する複数の支持支柱を備え、この支持支柱が心室の壁にインプラントを固定するように構成される、支持フレームと、
中心ハブから延在する少なくとも一つの螺旋状の支柱であり、この螺旋状の支柱は、仕切膜の下側を支持し、かつインプラントの長手軸のまわりに円すい形に巻くように構成される、螺旋状の支柱と、
を備え、
上記インプラントは、しぼんだ形態で挿入され、心室内で配置形態へ拡張されるよう構成される、
心室容積縮小インプラント。 - 支持体フレームを形成する中心ハブから延在する複数の支持支柱は、螺旋状の支柱である、請求項12に記載のインプラント。
- 支持体フレームの各支柱は、心室壁内にインプラントを固定するように構成されたアンカーで終端する、請求項12に記載のインプラント。
- 自己タッピングインプラントとして構成された、請求項12に記載のインプラント。
- 心室の活動容積を縮小するため患者の心室内へ挿入する心室容積縮小インプラントであって、
心室を仕切るために心室を横切って渡される仕切膜と、
中心ハブから延在する複数の支持支柱を備え、この支持支柱が心室の壁にインプラントを固定するように構成される、支持フレームと、
中心ハブから延在する少なくとも一つの交差する支柱であり、この交差支柱は、仕切膜の下側を支持し、かつインプラントの中心軸を横切り延在するように構成される、交差支柱と、
を備え、
上記インプラントは、しぼんだ形態で挿入され、心室内で配置形態へ拡張されるよう構成される、
心室容積縮小インプラント。 - 支持フレームにおける隣接した支柱は、一若しくは複数のブリッジ支柱によって接続される、請求項1、4、10、12、16のいずれかに記載のインプラント。
- ブリッジ支柱は、膜の周囲の近くの支柱の領域で支持フレームにおいて隣接した支柱を接続する配置補助を備える、請求項17に記載のインプラント。
- 少なくとも一つの支柱は、放射線不透過性のマーカーを有する位置決め支柱を備える、請求項1、4、10、12、16のいずれかに記載のインプラント。
- 支持フレームは、非対称の支持フレームであり、位置決め支柱は、移植されたときにインプラントの配向を示す、請求項19に記載のインプラント。
