Abstract
Description
支持構造体を、互いに間隔をおいた長手方向部材を備えた高剛性フレームとして構成することにより、2つの長手方向部材の間に自由空間が形成され、加工時に発生する切り屑および液体は、この自由空間を通って落下し、適当な捕集容器に集めることができる。さらに、この長手方向部材は、種々の工作物支持装置、例えば定置型および/または可動型の工作物テーブル、工作物回転テーブル、交換可能なパレット、垂直クランプ・システム等を配置できるように構成される。
長手方向部材は、移動可能な工作物キャリヤ用の案内レール、および定置型の工作物キャリヤを固定するクランプ装置を簡単に取付けりことのできる外形を有することが好ましい。
本発明の好ましい構成によれば、少なくとも1つの工作物テーブルを工作物ホールダとして、支持フレームの2つの長手方向部材上に固定的にまたは可動的に取付けることにより、クランプされた工作物を連続的に加工できる。
本発明の別の好適な構成によれば、支持構造体の支持フレームの下方に、切り屑その他の作業物質の捕集容器が配置される。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。
図1および図2には、本発明により構成された支持構造体が工作物キャリヤなしで示されている。図3aの実施例では、支持構造体12の2つの長手方向部材13,14の間に、合計3つの工作物テーブル30,31,32が順に配置されている。これらの工作物テーブルは、何らかの装置(図示せず)により長手方向に移動可能にされるか、または各々の位置に固定して配置される。これらの工作物テーブル30,31,32のクランプ板上には、通常の方法で工作物を固定できる。
Claims (10)
- 工作物の機械加工用の工作機械であって、
高剛性を有する機械基材(1)と、
前記機械基材上を移動できる移動スタンド(4)と、
前記移動スタンド(4)に可動的に取付けられ、少なくとも1つの切削工具を有する機械加工ユニット(9,10)と、
前記機械基材(1)の長手側前部に備えられ、少なくとも1つの工作物を固定保持するための支持構造体(12)と
を有する工作機械において、
前記支持構造体(12)が高剛性の支持フレーム(11)を有し、該支持フレームの長手方向部材(13,14)が、横方向に間隔をおいて配置されて、切り屑除去用の自由空間を画成しており、
前記支持フレーム(11)に、異なる工作物キャリヤ(30,35,36)を取付けることができるようになっていることを特徴とする、工作機械。 - 前記支持フレ―ム(11)が、該支持フレームの長手方向に間隔をおいて配置された横方向支持体(22,23,24)により支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載された工作機械。
- 前記横方向支持体(22〜24)が、前記機械基材(1)の長手側前部に備えられた連続的な下部構造体(20)上に配置され、切り屑およびその他の作業物質用の傾斜滑り上面を有することを特徴とする、請求項2記載された工作機械。
- 前記長手方向部材(13,14)が、異なる種類の工作物ホールダを固定して支持するための支持部材を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された工作機械。
- 前記支持フレーム(11)を支持する前記下部構造体(20)が、前記機械基材に剛性的に固定して取付けされるか、または機械基材と一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された工作機械。
- 少なくとも1つの工作物テーブル(30,31,32)が、工作物ホールダとして、前記支持フレーム(11)の2つの前記長手方向部材(13,14)上に、固定されてまたは移動可能に、取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載された工作機械。
- 工作物を固定し回転させるための少なくとも1つのクランプ装置(35,36)が、工作物ホールダとして、前記支持フレーム(11)の2つの前記長手方向部材(13,14)上に、固定されてまたは移動可能に、取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載された工作機械。
- 回転駆動される鉛直の円形テーブルを有する少なくとも1つのクランプ装置が、工作物ホールダとして、前記支持フレームの2つの前記長手方向部材(13,14)に、移動可能にまたは固定されて、長手方向に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載された工作機械。
- 前記長手方向部材(13,14)上の案内レール上を移動可能な前記クランプ装置(36)に、駆動ユニット(43)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7または請求項8に記載された工作機械。
- 前記支持フレームの下方に、切り屑およびその他の作業物質を捕集する捕集容器が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載された工作機械。
