本发明涉及一种用于机械加工工件的机床,包括在空间上固定的机器底座;可在所述机器底座上水平移动的移动架;机械加工单元,其以可移动方式安装在所述移动架上,且具有至少一个可交换切削工具,以及设置在所述机器底座的前纵向侧上的支撑结构,用以容纳并固定至少一个工件。
背景技术
机床用于对纵向尺寸较大的工件进行机械加工,其中所述机床的机架可由电动机驱动而进行移动,即通常所说的设置在机器底座上的移动架,所述移动架通常具有平伸且细长的结构。近来,所属领域中多半使用线性电动机作为驱动移动架进行移动的驱动单元,与传统的电机驱动系统或流体驱动系统相比,所述线性电动机在加速度、精确性、成本等方面均更有优势。在这些机床中,所述机器底座的前纵向侧上设有支撑结构,用以夹固待机械加工的纵向尺寸较大的一个或多个工件。这些支撑结构被设计成与底座类似,且用于容纳工件台,所述工件台可以是固定的,或是可以进行纵向移位。此类系统的重要缺陷在于,碎片会分别堆积在支撑结构和工件台的平面表面上,且这些碎片无法自动除去。此外,能够对这些已知支撑结构进行的改造有限,因此无法容纳各种不同工件。
发明内容
本发明的目标在于提供一种用于机械加工工件的机床,所述机床适用于体积庞大、且碎屑较多的工件,且所述机床能够形成特别有效的切屑间隙,同时较为有效地使用工作空间。
根据本发明,实现上述目标的事实在于,支撑结构具有在空间上固定的构架,其中所述构架的纵向组件支撑在至少部分开放的底座上;以及不同工件托架可安装在所述构架处或所述构架上。
通过将支撑结构设置成在空间上固定的构架,其中所述构架包括彼此隔开的纵向组件;可在两个纵向组件之间形成自由的间隙空间,以供在机械加工过程中产生的碎片和液体落下,并收集在合适的收集器中。除此之外,通过对纵向组件进行设置和构造,不同的工件承载构件,例如固定和/或可移动工件台、工件旋转台、可交换托板、垂直夹固系统等可设置在这些纵向组件之上或者这些纵向组件处。
支撑构架的纵向组件可安装于连续或间歇的撑条上,其中所述撑条直接支撑在底座上。此外,支撑构架还可能支撑在所述构架的纵向上彼此隔开的横向支架上,其中横向支架设置在连续的子结构上,所述子结构位于机器底座的前纵向侧上;且横向支架具有处理碎片或类似物的倾斜滑动上表面。与纵向组件的相应部分一起,所述横向支架彼此隔开,从而构成自由空间,供碎片和其他工作材料落下。在所述横向支架之间延伸的还有子结构的倾斜表面,用于通过重力实现大量碎片的自动移除。
通过合适方式,纵向组件的廓型可实现简便安装可移动工件托架的导轨,以及用于安装固定工件托架的夹固装置。
获得极高的机床整体空间刚性的方法是,分别将支撑构架的子结构和支撑结构的子结构作为一个整体与移动架机器的低底座形成一体。但是,除此之外,也可使用通常所说的双块(duo-block)结构形式,其中支撑结构和机器底座的类底座子结构均被制造成单独的结构单元,且通过合适的构件固定到彼此。
根据本发明的优势性设计,至少一个工件台可作为工件夹架安装在支撑构架的两个纵向组件上,以便固定或可移动,从而实现对多个夹固工件的大体连续的机械加工。
根据本发明的另一项合适的实施例,至少一个夹固装置可作为工件夹架安装,其中所述工件夹架用于在支撑构架的两个纵向组件上夹固工件并使其旋转,以便固定或可移动。在这种夹固装置中,可对工件进行水平夹固,通过使用两个隔开的夹固装置,可在两端对工件进行夹固。所述夹固装置也可以是旋转驱动的旋转台,其中包括垂直夹固板。通过合适方式,所述夹固装置可通过合适的驱动单元进行移动,例如,所述驱动单元可采用主轴驱动机构的形式,其设置在安装在纵向组件上的导轨上。

具体实施方式
在图1中整体图示的机床包括在X方向上纵向延伸的平伸机器底座1,其中具有两个纵向撑条2、3,这两个纵向撑条彼此平行,上侧设有滑槽。在平伸机器底座1的两个纵向撑条2、3上,可在X轴方向上用电动机使移动架4移位,所述电动机与包括工具变换器6的刀具库5关联,其中所述刀具库5采用水平链式料盒的形式。在移动架4的前部上,机械加工单元9通过导轨7、8进行导向,从而可在垂直方向上移位,其中机械加工单元9具有铣刀头10,所述铣刀头10的前部设有垂直定向的工作主轴。
