Abstract
本発明は、ジフルオロメタン(HFC32)を30〜50質量%及び2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234yf)を70〜50質量%含む冷媒組成物を提供する。
Description
項1.ジフルオロメタン(HFC32)を30〜50質量%及び2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234yf)を70〜50質量%含む冷媒組成物。
項2.ジフルオロメタン(HFC32)を35〜45質量%及び2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234yf)を65〜55質量%含む、上記項1に記載の冷媒組成物。
項3.更に重合防止剤を含む、上記項1又は2に記載の冷媒組成物。
項4.更に安定剤を含む、上記項1又は2に記載の冷媒組成物。
項5.更に冷凍機油を含む、上記項1又は2に記載の冷媒組成物。
項6.熱交換器内での温度グライドによる熱交換効率の低下を防ぐ対策を施した冷凍装置で用いる、上記項1〜5のいずれかに記載の冷媒組成物。
項7.更に圧力損失の影響を低減する対策を施した冷凍装置で用いる、上記項6に記載の冷媒組成物。
項8.熱交換器内での温度グライドによる熱交換効率の低下を防ぐ対策が、対向流により空気との温度差ムラをなくすこと、蒸発器入口付近の着霜を防止すること、及び、熱交換器の熱伝達率を増加させること、の少なくとも一つである、上記項6に記載の冷媒組成物。
項9.圧力損失の影響を低減する対策が、熱交換器の管径を大きくしたりパス数を最適化すること、空調機内配管及び連絡管の管径を大きくしたり長さを短くすること、膨張機構としてエジェクタを利用すること、及び、エコノマイザーサイクルを利用すること、の少なくとも一つである、上記項7に記載の冷媒組成物。
(1)従来使用のR407C及びR410Aと比較してGWPが小さい。
(2)オゾン破壊係数(ODP:Ozone Depletion Potential)がゼロであり、使用後の冷媒組成物が完全に回収されなかった場合でもオゾン層の破壊に関与しない。
(3)特に熱交換器内での温度グライドによる熱交換効率の低下を防ぐ対策を施したエアコンに使用した場合にAPFが優れている。即ち、従来使用のR407C又はR410Aを用いたエアコンと同等又はそれ以上のエネルギー効率を示し、地球温暖化への関与が小さい。
・圧力損失対策仕様:R410A用標準ユニットの室内熱交換器内のドライ弁を撤去し、ガス側の連絡管を3/8インチ管から4/8インチ管に変更した仕様
Claims (9)
- ジフルオロメタン(HFC32)を30〜50質量%及び2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234yf)を70〜50質量%含む冷媒組成物。
- ジフルオロメタン(HFC32)を35〜45質量%及び2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234yf)を65〜55質量%含む、請求項1に記載の冷媒組成物。
- 更に重合防止剤を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷媒組成物。
- 更に安定剤を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷媒組成物。
- 更に冷凍機油を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷媒組成物。
- 熱交換器内での温度グライドによる熱交換効率の低下を防ぐ対策を施した冷凍装置で用いる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の冷媒組成物。
- 更に圧力損失の影響を低減する対策を施した冷凍装置で用いる、請求項6に記載の冷媒組成物。
- 熱交換器内での温度グライドによる熱交換効率の低下を防ぐ対策が、対向流により空気との温度差ムラをなくすこと、蒸発器入口付近の着霜を防止すること、及び、熱交換器の熱伝達率を増加させること、の少なくとも一つである、請求項6に記載の冷媒組成物。
