Claims (14)
- 乾燥領域(3)と再生領域(5)を内部に有するハウジング(2)と、該ハウジング(2)内で回転し且つ内部に再生可能な乾燥剤(8)を有するドラム(9)と、該乾燥剤(8)が該乾燥領域(3)と該再生領域(5)を連続的に通って動くように該ドラム(9)を回転させるための駆動手段とを備えた圧縮気体乾燥器において、該再生領域(5)が、少なくとも2つのサブ領域、すなわち、第1再生気流を供給するための第1入口を有する第1サブ領域(6)と、第1再生気流よりも相対湿度が低い第2再生気流を供給するための第2入口を有する第2サブ領域(7)とを備え、該乾燥領域(3)の出口が連結管(17)を介して第2サブ領域(7)の第2入口に連結していることを特徴とする圧縮気体乾燥器。
- 前記第2サブ領域(7)が前記再生領域(5)の後端部に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾燥器。
- 前記再生領域(5)が略90度の円周角に亘り、前記第2サブ領域(7)が5度と30度の間の範囲にある円周角に亘っていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか一つに記載の乾燥器。
- 前記連結管(17)に熱交換器(18)を備えていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか一つに記載の乾燥器。
- 前記第1サブ領域(6)と前記第2サブ領域(7)が共通の出口を有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか一つに記載の乾燥器。
- 前記第1サブ領域(6)と前記第2サブ領域(7)の前記出口が、リターン導管を介して、乾燥すべき圧縮気体をアフタークーラー(19)を介して前記乾燥領域(3)の入口に供給する圧力導管(13)に、連結していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乾燥器。
- 前記第2サブ領域(7)の第2入口における第2再生気流の温度が、前記第1サブ領域(6)の第1入口における第1再生気流の温度よりも高いか又は同じであることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか一つに記載の乾燥器。
- 乾燥領域(3)と再生領域(5)を有するハウジング(2)と、該ハウジング(2)内で回転し且つ内部に乾燥剤(8)を有するドラム(9)を備え、該乾燥剤(8)が該乾燥領域(3)と該再生領域(5)を連続的に通って移動し、乾燥すべき圧縮気体が該乾燥領域(5)を通るように案内される一方、再生気体が該再生領域(5)を通るように案内される乾燥器を使用する、圧縮気体乾燥方法において、該再生領域が、第1再生気流を方向付ける第1サブ領域と、第2再生気流を方向付ける第2サブ領域とに分割され、そして該第2再生気流が該第1再生気流よりも低い相対湿度を有し、さらに該第2再生気流が前記乾燥領域(3)の出口を出て行く圧縮気体の一部からなる、ことを特徴とする乾燥方法。
- 第2再生気流が、前記第2サブ領域(7)を通るように案内される前に、加熱されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の乾燥方法。
- 前記第2再生気流が熱交換器(18)及び/又は外部加熱要素等を通るように案内することによって、該第2再生気流を加熱することを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の乾燥方法。
- 前記第1及び第2再生気流が前記第1サブ領域(6)と前記第2サブ領域(7)の共通の出口で集められ、その次に、リターン導管(13)を通ってクーラー(15)を経由するようにして前記乾燥領域(3)の入口へと案内されることを特徴とする、請求項8乃至10のいずれか一つに記載の乾燥方法。
- 出口を有するコンプレッサと、乾燥領域(3)と再生領域(5)を内部に有するハウジング(2)と、該ハウジング(2)内で回転し且つ内部に再生可能な乾燥剤(8)を有するドラム(9)と、該ドラム(9)を回転させるための駆動手段とを備えることによって、該乾燥剤(8)が該乾燥領域(3)と該再生領域(5)を連続的に動くようにしたコンプレッサ装置において、該コンプレッサ(11)の出口が圧力導管(10)を介して前記乾燥領域の入口に連結し、該再生領域(5)が、少なくとも2つのサブ領域、すなわち第1再生気流を供給するための第1入口を有する第1サブ領域(6)と、該第1再生気流よりも相対湿度が低い第2再生気流を供給するための第2入口を有する第2サブ領域(7)を備え、枝管(12)が、該コンプレッサ(11)と該乾燥領域(3)の入口との間の前記圧力導管(10)に連結し、該枝管(12)が前記第1サブ領域(6)の第1入口に連結し、前記乾燥領域(3)の出口が連結導管(17)を介して前記第2サブ領域(7)に連結していることを特徴とするコンプレッサ装置。
- 前記連結導管(17)に熱交換器(18)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のコンプレッサ装置。
- 前記第1サブ領域(6)と前記第2サブ領域(7)が共通の出口を有することを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載のコンプレッサ装置。
