Claims (12)
- 排気管に噴射部材を固定するための取付ユニット(2)であって、
前記取付ユニット(2)は、
前記噴射部材を収容するための保持領域(12)と、
端部領域(28)と、を有し、
前記端部領域(28)内には、前記排気管に前記取付ユニット(2)を固定する固定素子を収容するための少なくとも1つの開口部(30)が設けられ、
前記取付ユニット(2)は、当該取付ユニット(2)が前記固定素子により前記排気管に固定されている場合には、前記固定素子と前記保持領域(12)との間に空隙(13)が存在するように形成される、取付ユニット(2)。 - 前記保持領域(12)内に冷却導管(18)が形成される、請求項1に記載の取付ユニット(2)。
- 前記冷却導管(18)には、入口(14)と出口(16)とが設けられる、請求項2に記載の取付ユニット(2)。
- 前記冷却導管(18)は、前記排気管への取り付けのために設けられた側で、冷却板(20)により画定される、請求項2又は3に記載の取付ユニット(2)。
- 前記排気管と前記冷却板(20)との間にはシール(21)が配置される、請求項4に記載の取付ユニット(2)。
- 前記保持領域(12)は、鐘形状の断面を有して形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の取付ユニット(2)。
- 固定素子を収容するための開口部(30)上に、前記固定素子を収容するための延長スリーブ(10)が設けられ、前記取付ユニット(2)は、当該取付ユニット(2)が前記排気管に固定されている場合には、前記延長スリーブ(10)と前記保持領域(12)との間に空隙(13)が形成されるように形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の取付ユニット(2)。
- 前記延長スリーブ(10)は、前記保持領域(12)と同一の熱膨張を有する、請求項7に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記延長スリーブ(10)は、前記固定素子と同一の熱膨張を有する、請求項7又は8に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記保持領域(12)内には、前記噴射部材を収容するための孔(8)が形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の取付ユニット。
- 排気管内に液体を噴射するための排気後処理構成であって、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載された取付ユニット(2)と、
前記液体を噴射するように構成され、前記取付ユニット(2)の保持領域(12)内に配置された噴射部材と、
を備えた、排気後処理構成。 - 前記噴射部材は噴射弁である、請求項11に記載の排気後処理構成。
