Description
Claims (10)
- 内燃エンジンの排気後処理システムにおける排気後処理噴射器用の詰まり防止装置であって、
排気管の開口と排気後処理噴射器との間に配置されるプレート形状の部材であって、
該部材は、噴射器ノズルと前記排気管の開口とを整合するためのボアを有し、該ボアを介して前記ノズルから前記排気管の開口に気流が流れるよう構成されており、
前記ボアが、前記部材の排気管側に向かって拡張する円錐台形部分に開いたスロート部分によって画定され、該スロート部分に対して少なくとも1つの出口が開いており、
該部材は、空気供給源から空気を受け取る入口を有し、且つ、該入口から前記スロート部分によって画定された表面上に開口した前記少なくとも1つの出口に空気を案内するよう自身の内部に通路を有し、前記ノズルに向かって前記ボアにより画定された空間を通って空気を導くために配向された前記少なくとも1つの出口を備える、詰まり防止装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの出口が、空気が前記噴射器ノズルに向かって流れるよう、ボアが画定される表面に噴射口として配向されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出口が、前記ボアが画定される表面にスロットとして設けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ボアが更に、前記部材の噴射器側に向かって拡張する第2円錐台形部分によって画定されており、
該第2円錐台形部分と前記部材の排気管側に向かって拡張する前記円錐台形部分との連接部分によって、前記スロート部分が画定される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ボアが、前記部材の上面の座ぐり孔によって画定され、且つ、前記部材の排気管側に向かって拡張するスロート部分に接続されており、
該座ぐり孔が、前記噴射器ノズルを取り囲む環状空間を画定し、
該スロート部分に対して前記少なくとも1つの出口が開いている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記部材の上面に更にボスを備え、該ボスには前記座ぐり孔が設けられている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記部材の上面に更にボスを備え、
前記ボアが、自身の上面に設けられた座ぐり孔によって画定されており、且つ、該座ぐり孔からプレートの反対面に向かって拡張する円錐台形面に接続しており、
該座ぐり孔が、前記噴射器ノズルを取り囲む環状空間を画定し、
該環状空間へ気流が向かうよう前記少なくとも1つの出口が前記ボスの上面に設けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ボスの上面と前記噴射器との間に間隙を形成するよう、前記部材が前記噴射器に取り付けられており、
該間隙に前記出口から流入する気流が、前記環状空間に案内される、請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記部材が、インサート部分及び該インサート部分の座部を含むベース部分を有して設けられており、
該インサート部分及びベース部分に整合された孔として前記ボアが設けられ、
該インサート部分及びベース部分に整合された道として前記通路が設けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 詰まり防止装置を備えた排気管開口を有する内燃エンジンの排気後処理システムにおける排気後処理噴射器であって、
排気管の開口において該開口に向けて配向されたノズルを有する排気後処理噴射器と、
該噴射器と前記排気管の開口の間に配置されたプレート部材とを備えており、
該プレート部材が、前記噴射器のノズルと整合され且つ自身の上部分が前記ノズルを取り囲む流れ空間を画定するボアを有し、該ボアを介して前記ノズルから前記排気管の開口に気流が流れるよう構成されており、
前記ボアが、前記部材の排気管側に向かって拡張する円錐台形部分に開いたスロート部分によって画定され、該スロート部分に対して少なくとも1つの出口が開いて構成されており、
該プレート部材が、空気を空気供給源から受け取る入口を有し、且つ、該入口から前記スロート部分によって前記少なくとも1つの出口開口へ空気を案内するよう自身の内部に通路を有しており、
前記少なくとも1つの出口が、前記ノズルを取り囲む前記ボアにより画定された空間を通って空気を流すよう配向されている、排気後処理噴射器。
