Description
Claims (11)
- 排気管に噴射部材を固定するための取付ユニットであって、
前記取付ユニットは、
前記噴射部材を収容するための保持領域と、
端部領域と、を有し、
前記端部領域内には、前記排気管に前記取付ユニットを固定する固定素子を収容するための少なくとも1つの開口部が設けられ、
固定素子を収容するための開口部上に、前記固定素子を収容するための延長スリーブが設けられ、
前記取付ユニットは、当該取付ユニットが前記固定素子により前記排気管に固定されている場合には、前記固定素子を収容する前記延長スリーブの外周面と前記保持領域の外周面との間に空隙が形成されるように形成される、取付ユニット。 - 前記保持領域内に冷却導管が形成される、請求項1に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記冷却導管には、入口と出口とが設けられる、請求項2に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記冷却導管は、前記排気管への取り付けのために設けられた側で、冷却板により画定される、請求項2または3に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記排気管と前記冷却板との間にはシールが配置される、請求項4に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記保持領域は、鐘形状の断面を有して形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記延長スリーブは、前記保持領域と同一の熱膨張を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記延長スリーブは、前記固定素子と同一の熱膨張を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の取付ユニット。
- 前記保持領域内には、前記噴射部材を収容するための孔が形成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の取付ユニット。
- 排気管内に液体を噴射するための排気後処理構成であって、
請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載された取付ユニットと、
前記液体を噴射するように構成され、前記取付ユニットの保持領域内に配置された噴射部材と、
を備えた、排気後処理構成。 - 前記噴射部材は噴射弁である、請求項10に記載の排気後処理構成。
