Abstract
Description
本発明は、安全バリア、パラペット、衝撃減衰器、ターミナル、及びトランジションなどの車両抑制バリアと呼ばれるタイプの幹線道路保護バリアに関し、当該バリアは、ゴム又は他の任意エラストマー材料などの軟質材料製であり、形成されたバリア又はフェンスに適切な剛性を与えることに加えて、車両衝撃の捻り及び減衰を可能とする弾性要素を内部に備えている。
本明細書で提案する幹線道路保護バリアは、後述する欠点を解決するために設計されており、単純だが効果的な解決策に基づいている。
Claims (12)
- 道路上の中央分離帯として使用するため又は複数領域を互いから分離若しくは分界するために市街区域で使用するために提供される幹線道路保護バリアであって、当該バリアが、軟質材料の中実本体(1、1')により形成され、その内部には、保護柱のような同様に軟質材料製の円筒状又は類似の要素(3、3')に収容された複数の弾性要素(2、2'、4、5)が垂直に配置され、さらに、その内部には、前記弾性要素(2、2'、4、5)が埋め込まれ、光情報伝達要素(6、14)及び/又は音響情報伝達要素(13)を作動させるための衝撃検出手段(7、10)が組み込まれていることを特徴とする、幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記バリアの前記本体(1、1')を形成するための材料が、好適にはゴムであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記対応する弾性要素(2、2'、4、5)を収容すると共に前記弾性要素(2、2'、4、5)が内部に埋め込まれた前記要素(3、3')が、好適にはゴム材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記軟質材料の本体(1')は、凹面が内側に向いた屈曲輪郭を備え、前記湾曲又は屈曲が前記弾性要素(2、2'、4、5)に同一様態で作用することを特徴とする、先行する請求項に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記弾性要素(2、2')がつる巻ばねであることを特徴とする、先行する請求項に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記バリアの前記屈曲本体(1')の前記要素(3')内に収容された前記弾性要素(4)は、それらが内部に収容された前記要素(3')及び前記バリアの前記本体(1')と同一の湾曲した輪郭を備えた薄板又は細片(4)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記バリアの前記本体(1')に埋め込まれた前記要素(3)内に収容された前記弾性要素は、前記バリアの前記本体(1')と同一の湾曲した輪郭を備えた棒状体(5)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記弾性要素(2、2'、4、5)とこれらが内部に収容された前記要素(3、3')との両方が、オプションで、メッシュ手段又は当該アセンブリの内部補強材を形成する水平に配置された要素によって相互接続されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記検出素子(7)は、コントロールセンターへの音響、視覚、及びテレマティック送信用のモーション及び/又は衝撃センサからなり、前記センサ(7)間の相互通信は、前記対応する情報伝達要素(6)へのケーブル手段又は高周波によってなされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記衝撃検出手段(10)は、圧力センサによって又は振り子要素(11)であって当該要素若しくは当該要素が取り付けられた前記本体部分の傾きの変化を検出する振り子要素によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- オプションで、前記音響及び/又は光情報伝達手段(13、14)は、前記衝撃検出手段(10)が内部に配置されている要素の構造から物理的に独立しており、前記衝撃検出手段(10)は、2つ以上の前記情報伝達要素に対して共通して用いられており、この場合、前記対応する制御回路(10)は、警告信号が音響及び/又は光情報伝達回路に送信される際に経由する高周波エミッタ(16)に関連付けられており、前者は、対応するスピーカー(13')及び光インジケータ(14’)に加えて高周波受信モジュール(18)に関連付けられた制御分岐回路(8’)を内蔵することを特徴とする、請求項1及び10に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
- 前記幹線道路保護バリアを形成可能な独立要素は任意の形状を取り得る、請求項1、9、及び10に記載の幹線道路保護バリア。
