Abstract
【解決手段】内周に通路を有するとともに該通路が屈曲して曲がり部を形成し、該曲がり部における前記通路の下流側の内周面に該内周面から突出する突部を有する通気ダクトにおいて、前記突部は、前記下流側の通路の延設方向に直交する断面において、前記曲がり部の上流側の内周面となだらかに連続する先頭部と、前記下流側の通路の延設方向に沿って延びる胴部とを備え、前記胴部の前記下流側の端部は、前記下流側の内周面と垂直に交わる垂直面に形成される。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る通気ダクトの構造を説明するための断面図であり、図2は、図1におけるA−A断面図であり、図3は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る通気ダクトの突部の形状を示す上面図である。

図8は、上述した第1から第3の実施形態に係る通気ダクトの実施例1から3と突部を有さない通気ダクト並びに従来の突部を有する通気ダクトの通気抵抗を比較したグラフである。ここで、比較例1は、突部を有さない通気ダクトを示し、比較例2は、従来の突部を有する通気ダクトの通気抵抗を示している。
抑制していることがわかる。第1から第3の実施形態に係る通気ダクトは、このような流速分布や流体の流れの作用によって通気ダクト内を通過する気体の通気抵抗を抑制することができる。
Claims (6)
- 内周に通路を有するとともに該通路が屈曲して曲がり部を形成し、該曲がり部における前記通路の下流側の内周面に該内周面から突出する突部を有する通気ダクトにおいて、
前記突部は、前記下流側の通路の延設方向と直交する断面において、前記曲がり部の上流側の内周面となだらかに連続する先頭部と、前記下流側の通路の延設方向に沿って延びる胴部とを備え、
前記胴部の前記下流側の端部は、前記下流側の内周面と垂直に交わる垂直面に形成されることを特徴とする通気ダクト。 - 請求項1に記載の通気ダクトにおいて、
前記突部は、横断面形状が略円弧状に形成されることを特徴とする通気ダクト。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の通気ダクトにおいて、
前記胴部は、前記通路の径方向に沿った幅が、前記垂直面に向かって徐々に狭まるように形成されることを特徴とする通気ダクト。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の通気ダクトにおいて、
前記胴部は内部が前記通路の外部に開口した中空状に形成され、
前記垂直面には、前記胴部の内部を介して前記通路の外部と連通する調整孔が形成されることを特徴とする通気ダクト。 - 請求項1に記載の通気ダクトにおいて、
前記突部は、横断面形状が略蒲鉾状に形成されることを特徴とする通気ダクト。 - 請求項5に記載の通気ダクトにおいて、
前記胴部は内部が中空状に形成され、
前記垂直面には、前記胴部の内部と前記通路の内部とを連通する調整孔が形成されることを特徴とする通気ダクト。
