Abstract
【解決手段】多数の通気孔1を有する多孔板に多数の稜線部3と谷線部4とを交互平行かつ等高に多列形成して多孔波板5を作り、多孔波板5における多列の各稜線部3に非伸縮性の通気不織布6を重合して張設固着することで、通常の畳下荷重を受けた多列の各稜線部3同士の拡がりを通気不織布6で阻止した波状多孔通気材9となし、波状多孔通気材9を床面と畳裏面12との間に介在させて畳11を敷設する。

Claims (2)
- 多数の稜線部と谷線部とを交互平行かつ等高に多列形成した多孔波板を用意し、この多孔波板における前記各稜線部に非伸縮性の通気不織布を重合して張設固着することで、通常の畳下荷重を受けた多列の各稜線部同士の拡がりを前記通気不織布で阻止した波状多孔通気材となし、この通気材を床面と畳裏面との間に介在させて畳を敷設することで、この畳の裏面と床面との間に前記波状多孔通気材が保有する全方向通気空間を形成したことを特徴とする畳の調湿敷設構造。
- 多数の通気孔を有する熱可塑性多孔板に多数の直線状稜線部と直線状谷線部とを交互平行かつ等高に多列形成して横断面ほぼ正弦波状の多孔波板を作り、この多孔波板における前記多数の稜線部に非伸縮性の通気不織布を重合張設して各稜線部同士を通気不織布で橋絡し、これら各橋絡部における稜線部と前記通気不織布とを加熱溶着して多列の各稜線部同士の拡がりを上記通気不織布で阻止することで、通常の畳下荷重を受けた多列の各稜線部同士の潰れ曲がりを前記不織布で阻止した波状多孔通気材となし、この通気材を床面と畳裏面との間に介在させて前記通気不織布上に畳を敷設することで、この畳の裏面と床面との間に前記波状多孔通気材が保有する全方向通気空間を形成したことを特徴とする畳の調湿敷設構造。
