Abstract
【解決手段】車両に搭載される駆動用電池5と、前記車両の補機10に電力を給電する補機用電池11と、駆動用電池5からの電力を補機用電池11へ供給する直流電力変換部1と、直流電力変換部1を制御する制御部2と、駆動用電池5と直流電力変換部1とを接続すると共に、シールド6で保護された駆動用電池ハーネス7と、直流電力変換部1と補機用電池の負側とを接続する補機用電池負側ハーネス13と、補機用電池負側ハーネス13の接続異常を検出する電圧センサ3と、を備えた。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による車載電源装置の全体構成を示すブロック図である。
図1において、車載電源装置100は、直流電力変換部1と、直流電力変換部1を制御する制御部2と、電圧センサ3と、直流電力変換部1、制御部2、電圧センサ3を収容する筐体4を有している。直流電力変換部1は、高電圧を供給する駆動用電池5とシールド6により保護された第1接続手段の駆動用電池ハーネス7で接続されている。直流電力変換部1の正側出力は、補機用正端子8と第2接続手段の補機用電池正側ハーネス9を介し、補機10へ電源を供給する補機用電池11の正極と接続されている。また、直流電力変換部1の負側出力は、筐体4と接続されている。さらに筐体4は、補機用負端子12と第3接続手段の補機用電池負側ハーネス13を介して補機用電池11の負極と接続されている。制御部2は、制御部用電源端子14と制御部用接地端子15により補機用電池11に接続されている。電圧センサ3は筐体4内に設けられると共に筐体4の電圧を測定し、その結果を制御部2に入力している。なお、シールド6は接地されている。
正常動作時においては、直流電力変換部1の出力電流は、補機用正端子8、補機用電池正側ハーネス9を通って補機用電池11を充電し、補機用電池負側ハーネス13、補機用
負端子12、筐体4を通って直流電力変換部1に戻る。この時、補機用電池正側ハーネス9と補機用電池負側ハーネス13は大電流用途であり抵抗値が低いため、電圧センサ3の値はゼロに近い。しかし、補機用負端子12と補機用電池負側ハーネス13が外れた場合、あるいは接続が不完全になり接触抵抗が増加した場合などのように接続異常が生じた場合は、補機用正端子8からの出力電流はシールド6を通って筐体4に戻ることになる。
次に、この発明の実施の形態1による車載電源装置について説明する。実施の形態1では、補機用電池から直流電力変換部への負側の電流路が外れたり接続不良になったことを電圧センサにより検出するものであるが、電圧センサの代わりに電流センサを用いても同様の効果を得ることができる。
正常動作時においては、直流電力変換部1の出力電流は、補機用正端子8、第2接続手段の補機用電池正側ハーネス9を通って補機用電池11を充電し、第3接続手段の補機用電池負側ハーネス13、補機用負端子12、筐体4を通り直流電力変換部1に戻る。この時、補機用電池正側ハーネス9と補機用電池負側ハーネス13は大電流用途であり抵抗値が低いため、電力損失が低く、電流センサ20の値は直流電力変換部1の出力電流に等しい。しかし、補機用負端子12と補機用電池負側ハーネス13が外れた場合、あるいは接続が不完全になり接触抵抗が増加した場合などのように接続異常が生じた場合は、補機用正端子8からの出力電流はシールド6を通って筐体4に戻ることになる。

Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載される駆動用電池と、
前記車両の補機に電力を給電する補機用電池と、
前記駆動用電池からの電力を前記補機用電池へ供給する直流電力変換部と、
前記直流電力変換部を制御する制御部と、
前記駆動用電池と前記直流電力変換部とを接続すると共に、シールドで保護された第1接続手段と、
前記直流電力変換部と前記補機用電池の負側とを接続する第2接続手段と、
前記第2接続手段の接続異常を検出する検出手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする車載電源装置。 - 前記直流電力変換部と前記制御部、及び前記検出手段を収容する筐体を備え、前記検出手段は、前記筐体の電圧を測定し、接続異常を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載電源装置。
- 前記検出手段は、前記第2接続手段を流れる電流を測定し、接続異常を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載電源装置。
- 前記検出手段は、前記第1接続手段のシールドの電流を測定し、接続異常を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載電源装置。
- 前記検出手段は、前記第1接続手段のシールドの温度を測定し、接続異常を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載電源装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記検出手段が接続異常を検出した場合、前記直流電力変換部の出力を停止することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の車載電源装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記検出手段が接続異常を検出しないように、前記直流電力変換部の出力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の車載電源装置。
