Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器に使用されるインナーフィンを内蔵するチューブ10であって、チューブ本体11が、湾曲端部11aと平行部11pと傾斜部11cとカシメ部11bを備える板材で作られた偏平形状の管部材であり、インナーフィン12が波状の板材をチューブ内壁にろう付けしたものであり、インナーフィン12の平板部15がカシメ部11bにおいて、湾曲端部から長さの短い端部11fと共に湾曲端部から長さの長い端部11eによって挟み込まれてかしめられてチューブ11と結合されるチューブ10において、チューブ本体11を形成する帯状板材6の表層部に犠牲防食層7を形成し、犠牲防食層7が形成された面を外側にして帯状板材6を折り曲げてチューブ10を形成したものである。

Claims (3)
- 熱交換器(1)に使用され、内部に流路を備えるチューブ(10)であって、
帯状板材に湾曲端部(11a)を形成して両端部までの長さを異ならせて折り返し、折り返した板材には平行部(11p)を形成し、前記両端部の近傍は山折りして傾斜部(11c)を形成した後に谷折りして前記両端部を平行にし、前記両端部の長い方の端部(11e)を短い方の端部(11f)側に折り返した後にかしめたカシメ部(11b)によって結合して偏平形状に形成し、外側が犠牲防食層で覆われていることを特徴とするチューブ。 - 前記カシメ部(11b)において、折り返された前記長い方の端部(11e)の前記犠牲防食層で覆われた表層部が、前記平行部(11p)の前記犠牲防食層で覆われた表層部と同一面にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチューブ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のチューブを備える熱交換器であって、
前記チューブ(10)の端部が接続されるヘッダッタンク(3、4)を有し、
前記カシメ部(11b)の前記長い方の端部(11e)の折り返し部の、前記ヘッダタンク(3、4)の近傍となる部位に、前記平行部(11p)方向に切り欠かかれた切欠部(11k)を備えることを特徴とする熱交換器。
