Claims (2)
- 車両のエンジンルーム内前方に配される熱交換器であって、
内部を冷媒が通過する複数本のチューブ(10)と、
前記チューブの両側に配される複数のアウターフィン(20)とを有し、
前記チューブは断面偏平形状を有するように湾曲された帯状板材からなるチューブ本体
(11)を有し、
前記チューブ本体(11)は、
湾曲した湾曲端部(11a)と、
前記湾曲部の両端から延び、対向して配される一対の平板部(11p)と、
前記帯状部材の一端に配された長端部(11e)と、
前記帯状部材の他端に配され、前記長端部よりも短い短端部(11f)と、
折り返した前記長端部によって前記短端部を挟んだ状態でかしめたカシメ部とを有し、
前記カシメ部は、車両の前方側となるように配されるとともに、前記チューブの両側に
配された前記アウターフィンのうち一方に近接するようにオフセットしており、
前記カシメ部(11b)において、折り返された前記長端部(11e)の表層部が、前
記平板部(11p)の表層部と同一面にあることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 車両のエンジンルーム内前方に配される熱交換器であって、
内部を冷媒が通過する複数本のチューブ(10)と、
前記チューブの端部に接続されるヘッダタンク(3,4)とを有し、
前記チューブは断面偏平形状を有するように湾曲された帯状板材からなるチューブ本体(11)を有し、
前記チューブ本体(11)は、
湾曲した湾曲端部(11a)と、
前記湾曲部の両端から延び、対向して配される一対の平板部(11p)と、
前記帯状部材の一端に配された長端部(11e)と、
前記帯状部材の他端に配され、前記長端部よりも短い短端部(11f)と、
折り返した前記長端部によって前記短端部を挟んだ状態でかしめたカシメ部とを有し、
前記カシメ部は、車両の前方側となるように配されるとともに、前記カシメ部(11b)のうち、前記ヘッダタンクの近傍となる部位には切欠部(11k)が形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
