Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも螺旋状補強部3を有する領域内に設けられた気管カニューレ2と、当該気管カニューレ内に配置された少なくとも1つの発声用開口部10と、を備えた気管切開チューブ1は、少なくとも1つの発声用開口部10が螺旋状開口部の2つの回転の間に適合されるように、当該少なくとも1つの発声用開口部10の領域内の螺旋状補強部3のピッチが増大されている、ということを規定している。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも螺旋状補強部(3)を有する領域内に設けられた気管カニューレ(2)と、
前記気管カニューレ(2)内に配置された少なくとも1つの発声用開口部(10)と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの発声用開口部(10)の領域内の前記螺旋状補強部(3)のピッチ(S2)が、当該少なくとも1つの発声用開口部(10)が前記螺旋状補強部(3)の2つの回転の間に適合されるように、増大されている
ことを特徴とする気管切開チューブ(1)。 - 前記螺旋状補強部(3)は、前記気管カニューレ(2)内に完全に嵌め込まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。 - 前記螺旋状補強部(3)は、連続的に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。 - 前記気管カニューレ(2)は、前記螺旋状補強部(3)の回転が、当該湾曲部(9)の内半径部(Ri)で圧縮され当該湾曲部(9)の外半径部(Ra)で曲がって開くような湾曲部(9)を有しており、
前記少なくとも1つの発声用開口部(10)は、前記湾曲部(9)の前記外半径部(Ra)に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の気管切開チューブ(1). - 複数の発声用開口部(10)が設けられており、
前記発声用開口部(10)は、前記螺旋状補強部(3)の前記回転の間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの発声用開口部(10)が配置されている前記領域内の前記螺旋状補強部(3)のピッチ(S2)は、最小ピッチ(S1)の約6倍である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。 - 全ての発声用開口部(10)の全開放面積は、約30〜125mm2の範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの発声用開口部(10)が設けられている前記螺旋状補強部(3)の増大されたピッチ(S2)を有する前記領域の長さ(L1)が、前記気管カニューレ(2)の全長(Lges)の約14〜18%である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。 - 前記気管カニューレ(2)の両端部(4,7)が、補強部を有していない
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。 - 前記気管カニューレ(2)の前記少なくとも1つの発声用開口部(10)と整列された少なくとも1つの発声用開口部を有する内側カニューレが、前記気管カニューレ(2)内に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。 - カフ(5)が、前記気管カニューレ(2)の気管内に配置される端部(4)に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の気管切開チューブ(1)。
