Description
即ち、本発明によれば、カニューレをなし、かつ近位端の近傍にフランジを備える気管切開チューブであって、上側部分と、遠位部分とを有し、前記上側部分が、前記フランジから前記チューブの遠位端に向かって前記チューブの全長の3分の2以下の長さに渡って遠位方向に延在し、かつ、補強されており、前記上側部分の外面に複数のロッドが配設され、前記ロッドが中空ルーメンを有し、前記中空ルーメンが空気または液体を輸送する機能を提供することを特徴とする気管切開チューブが提供される。
Claims (15)
- カニューレをなし、かつ近位端の近傍にフランジを備える気管切開チューブであって、
上側部分と、遠位部分とを有し、
前記上側部分が、前記フランジから前記チューブの遠位端に向かって前記チューブの全長の3分の2以下の長さに渡って遠位方向に延在し、かつ、補強されており、
前記上側部分の外面に複数のロッドが配設され、前記ロッドが中空ルーメンを有し、前記中空ルーメンが空気又は液体を輸送する機能を提供することを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
ポリマーから作製した、5マイクロメートル以上、25マイクロメートル以下の厚さを有するバルーンカフを備えることを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項2に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記中空ルーメンが、前記バルーンカフを膨張させるために空気又は液体を輸送する機能を提供することを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項2に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記中空ルーメンが、バルーンカフの上側及び下側の両方においてシャフトに沿って液体分泌物を移送する役割を果たすために空気又は液体を輸送する機能を提供することを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記遠位部分が、前記上側部分よりも硬さが低いことを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記遠位部分を、前記上側部分の作製に用いられるポリマーよりも硬さが低いポリマーから作製したことを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項5に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
硬さが互いに異なる複数のポリマーの混合物から作製したことを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記フランジが柔軟性を有することを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項2に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記ポリマーがポリウレタンであることを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項9に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記フランジから前記遠位端までの曲線長さが70mm以上、100mm以下であることを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項9に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記フランジから前記遠位端までの曲線長さが75mm以上、95mm以下であることを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項9に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記フランジから前記遠位端までの曲線長さが80mm以上、90mm以下であることを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記フランジから前記遠位端までのなす角度が85度以上、120度以下であることを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記フランジから前記遠位端までのなす角度が95度以上、115度以下であることを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載の気管切開チューブであって、
前記フランジから前記遠位端までのなす角度が100度以上、110度以下であることを特徴とする気管切開チューブ。
