背景技术
【0003】导引器通常用于将导线推进到微导管的轮毂中,并且也通常用作成形芯棒(mandrel)以使导线尖端变形为弯曲的形状。目前可用的一种常用类型的导引器通过将塑料鲁尔轮毂(luer hub)夹物模压到不锈钢皮下注射套管或海波管上而被构造,并且类似于大孔钝头的注射针。例如,由于导线一般被诸如聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的聚合物涂层涂覆,这种类型的导引器在通过导引器插入导线的过程中有可能破坏导线,但如果导线通过导引器被撤回或者甚至局部向后缩回时,通常导引器更可能破坏导线。如果导线接触海波管的锋利端,会发生导线的聚合物涂层的刮削。虽然导丝通过这种类型的导引器时可能会出现有问题的插入和缩回,然而由于这些金属材料的刚度和小的外直径它们成为优越的成形工具。

发明内容

Claims (11)

1.一种用于在病人的脉管系统内放置导线的导线导引器和成形工具,其包括:
由聚合材料制成的内管状轴,其具有远端和近端,所述内管状轴具有内导线腔;以及
环绕所述内管状轴的管状金属外层,所述管状金属外层具有远端和近端并且从所述内管状轴的所述近端延伸在所述内管状轴的至少一部分上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述内管状轴进一步包括位于所述内管状轴的所述近端处的由聚合材料制成的鲁尔轮毂,所述鲁尔轮毂具有与所述内管状轴的所述内导线腔连接的轮毂内腔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述轮毂内腔包括限定内锥形的表面,所述限定内锥形的表面形成到所述内管状轴的所述内导线腔的平滑过渡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述内管状轴向远端延伸超出所述管状金属外层的所述远端。
5.根据权利要求2所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述管状金属外层的所述近端被刚性附连到所述鲁尔轮毂上,从而使得所述管状金属外层为所述内管状轴提供支撑和刚度。
6.根据权利要求2所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述鲁尔轮毂具有远端外表面,并且所述导线导引器和成形工具进一步包括可移除地安装到所述鲁尔轮毂的所述远端外表面上和所述管状金属外层之上的外聚合管状鞘,所述外聚合管状鞘延伸超出所述内管状轴和所述管状金属外层的所述远端。
7.一种用于在病人的脉管系统内放置导线的导线导引器和成形工具,其包括:
由聚合材料制成的内管状轴,其具有远端和近端,所述内管状轴具有内导线腔;
位于所述内管状轴的所述近端处的由聚合材料制成的鲁尔轮毂,所述鲁尔轮毂具有与所述内管状轴的所述内导线腔连接的轮毂内腔;和
环绕所述内管状轴的管状金属外层,所述管状金属外层具有远端和近端并且从所述内管状轴的所述近端延伸在所述内管状轴的至少一部分上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述轮毂内腔包括限定了内锥形的表面,所述限定了内锥形的表面形成到所述内管状轴的所述内导线内腔的平滑过渡。
9.根据权利要求7所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述内管状轴向远端延伸超出所述管状金属外层的所述远端。
10.根据权利要求7所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述管状金属外层的所述近端被刚性附连到所述鲁尔轮毂上,从而使得所述管状金属外层给所述内管状轴提供支撑和刚度。
11.根据权利要求7所述的导线导引器和成形工具,其中所述鲁尔轮毂具有远端外表面,并且所述导线导引器和成形工具进一步包括可移除地安装到所述鲁尔轮毂的所述远端外表面上和所述管状金属外层之上的外聚合管状鞘,所述外聚合管状鞘延伸超出所述内管状轴和所述管状金属外层的所述远端。
