Abstract
一种可发音型气管套管，是医学临床应用于支气管通道的外科器械。该套管是在现有各种类型气管套管的基础上留置通气孔，病人讲话时，抽出内管，呼出气流经通气孔抵达声门，病人即可发音。因此，该套管既具备原气管套管的优点，又增加了可使病人发音讲话的功能。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种可发音型气管套管，是医学临床应用于支气管通道的医疗器械。
气管套管是急性危重病人抢救时普遍应用的医疗器械。现有各种类型的气管套管主要由套管、内管、外固定架、气囊、充气导管及气咀构成，虽然有许多优点，但病人在安置现有的气管套管之后，由于呼出气流经该管排出，而无法通过声门，因此病人不能发声讲话，直至拔除现有的气管套管为止。
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种可发音型气管套管，因此是有区别于现有技术的。
本实用新型拟按如下方案设计，即在现有各种类型不同型号的气管套管背面，气囊以上，留置通气孔。病人安装此种可发音型气管套管之后，讲话时抽出内管，呼出气流能较多地通过通气孔抵达声门，因此病人仍可发音讲话。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的结构特点进一步描述。
附图为本实用新型外观图。
在弓形套管①背面，于气囊②以上，留置一个椭圆形通气孔③，该孔纵径与套管①的长径方向一致，以得到最大的通气截面积。通气孔③与套管①相通。
不同型号的气管套管其孔可随之增大或缩小，通气孔③纵径为套管①内径长度±3－5mm；横径为该孔纵径的一半±3－5mm。
使用8号气管套管时，通气孔③横径8mm、纵径11mm。
这种可发音型气管套管经临床使用，除仍具备现有气管套管优点外，又增加了可使病人发声讲话的功能。

1、一种可发音型气管套管，由弓形套管①、气囊②部件构成，其特征在于所述的气管套管的弓形套管①背面，气囊②以上留置与套管①相通的椭圆形通气孔③，该孔纵径为套管①内径长度±3-5mm、横径为该孔纵径的一半±3-5mm。
