Claims (14)
- 強化型医療外科用チューブ(1)であって、前記強化型医療外科用チューブ(1)は、第1プラスチック材料のシャフト(10、10’)を有し、前記シャフト(10、10’)は、前記第1材料で埋め込まれたより硬い第2材料の螺旋状部材(30、30’、130、230)によって、その長さの少なくとも一部に沿って補強される強化型医療外科用チューブ(1)において、前記螺旋状部材(30、30’、130、230)が長手方向経路(31、31’、131、231)を有し、前記長手方向経路(31、31’、131、231)は、前記螺旋状部材(30、30’、130、230)の長さの少なくとも一部に沿って前記螺旋状部材(30、30’、130、230)の巻きの横方向に延びること、前記チューブ(1)は細長部材(32、32’)を含み、前記細長部材(32、32’)が前記長手方向経路(31、31’、131、231)の長さの少なくとも一部に沿って延ばされ、その結果、前記細長部材(32、32’)の厚さの少なくとも一部が前記長手方向経路(31、31’、131、231)内に受容されることを特徴とする、強化型医療外科用チューブ(1)。
- 請求項1に記載のチューブにおいて、前記長手方向経路は、前記螺旋状部材(30、30’)のへこみ(32、32’)によって設けられることを特徴とする、チューブ。
- 請求項1に記載のチューブにおいて、前記長手方向経路は、前記螺旋状部材(130)のノッチ(131)によって設けられることを特徴とする、チューブ。
- 請求項1に記載のチューブにおいて、前記長手方向経路は、前記螺旋状部材(230)の隙間(231)によって設けられることを特徴とする、チューブ。
- 請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のチューブにおいて、前記細長部材は小孔チューブ(32)であり、前記小孔チューブ(32)が前記長手方向経路(31、31’、131、231)の長さの少なくとも一部に沿って長手方向に延ばされ、その結果、前記小孔チューブ(32)の厚さの少なくとも一部が前記長手方向経路(31、31’、131、231)内に受容されることを特徴とする、チューブ。
- 請求項5に記載のチューブにおいて、前記チューブは、その患者側端部(12)に向かって膨張可能な封止カフ(13)を有し、前記小孔チューブ(32)の患者側端部(33)は、前記封止カフ(13)内に開口することを特徴とする、チューブ。
- 請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のチューブにおいて、前記螺旋状部材(30、30’、130、230)は、金属ワイヤ製であることを特徴とする、チューブ。
- 請求項7に記載のチューブにおいて、前記金属ワイヤはチタン製であることを特徴とする、チューブ。
- 請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載のチューブにおいて、前記プラスチック材料はシリコーンを含むことを特徴とする、チューブ。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載のチューブであって、前記チューブは気管切開用チューブ(1)である、チューブ。
- 強化型医療外科用チューブ(1)を製造する方法であって、その長さの少なくとも一部に沿う長手方向経路(31、31’、131、231)を有する、比較的硬い材料の螺旋状補強部材(30、30’、130、230)を提供するステップと、前記経路に沿って細長部材(32)を延ばすステップと、前記補強部材(30、30’、130、230)および前記細長部材(32)を比較的柔軟なプラスチック材料(110)でオーバーモールドするステップと、を含む、方法。
- 強化型医療外科用チューブを製造する方法であって、比較的硬い材料の螺旋状補強部材(30、30’)を提供するステップと、前記螺旋状補強部材の外側を内側に変形させて、前記補強部材の長さの少なくとも一部に沿った細長いへこんだ溝(31、31’)を形成するステップと、前記溝(31、31’)に沿って細長部材(32)を延ばすステップと、前記補強部材(30、30’)および前記細長部材(32)を比較的柔軟なプラスチック材料(110)でオーバーモールドするステップと、を含む、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記方法は、前記螺旋状補強部材(30、30’)を通って延びるアンビル(50)を提供するステップであって、前記アンビル(50)は、その長さの少なくとも一部に沿ってその外側の上で長手方向に延びる溝(51)を有するステップと、前記螺旋状補強部材(30、30’)の一部を前記アンビル(50)上の前記溝(51)内へ変形させるために、ダイ(52)を使用するステップであって、その結果、前記螺旋状補強部材に前記へこんだ溝(31、31’)を形成するステップと、続いて前記補強部材から前記アンビルおよび前記ダイを除去するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項11~13の何れか一項に記載の方法によって製造された、強化型医療外科用チューブ(1)。
