[2]前記熱可塑性樹脂は、芳香族ビニル化合物を単量体として有する共重合体を含む、[1]に記載の光輝性射出成形体。
[3]前記光輝性顔料は、アルミニウム顔料を含む、[1]又は[2]に記載の光輝性射出成形体。
[4]前記艶消し剤は、架橋剤により架橋反応した重合体である、[1]〜[3]のいずれか1つに記載の光輝性射出成形体。
[5]前記重合体は、ゴム状重合体を含む、[4]に記載の光輝性射出成形体。
[6]前記樹脂組成物は、前記熱可塑性樹脂100質量部に対して0.01〜10質量部の滑剤を更に含有する、[1]〜[5]のいずれか1つに記載の光輝性射出成形体。
[(A)熱可塑性樹脂の製造例1(A−1)]
重合反応槽に、ポリブタジエンゴムラテックス(日機装(株)社製マイクロトラック粒度分析計「nanotrac150」(商品名)にて測定した質量平均粒子径:0.35μm、固形分量:40質量部)110質量部、ターシャリードデシルメルカプタン0.1質量部、及び脱イオン水25質量部を加え、気相部を窒素置換した後、55℃に昇温した。続いて、1.5時間かけて70℃まで昇温しながら、アクリロニトリル18質量部、スチレン42質量部、ターシャリードデシルメルカプタン0.5質量部、及びクメンハイドロパーオキシド0.15質量部よりなる単量体混合液(単量体混合物)と、脱イオン水22質量部にナトリウムホルムアルデヒドスルホキシレート0.2質量部、硫酸第一鉄0.004質量部及びエチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸2ナトリウム塩0.04質量部を溶解してなる水溶液とを4時間にわたり、その重合反応槽に添加した。添加終了後から1時間の間、重合反応槽を70℃に制御しながら重合反応を完結させた。
アクリロニトリル13質量部、スチレン52質量部、溶媒としてトルエン35質量部、及び、重合開始剤としてt−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノエート0.05質量部からなる混合物を、窒素ガスを用いてバブリングさせた。バブリング後の混合物を、特許第3664576号の実施例2に記載されたものと同様の二段傾斜パドル型(傾斜角度45度)攪拌翼を供えた内容積150Lの反応槽に、スプレーノズルを用いて連続的に37.5kg/時間の速度で供給した。なお、用いた重合開始剤t−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノエートの架橋効率εは64であった。
アクリロニトリル19.5質量部、スチレン45.5質量部、溶媒としてトルエン35質量部、及び、重合開始剤としてt−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノエート0.05質量部からなる混合物を、窒素ガスを用いてバブリングさせた。バブリング後の混合物を、特許第3664576号の実施例2に記載されたものと同様の二段傾斜パドル型(傾斜角度45度)攪拌翼を供えた内容積150Lの反応槽に、スプレーノズルを用いて連続的に37.5kg/時間の速度で供給した。なお、用いた重合開始剤t−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノエートの架橋効率εは64であった。
メタクリル酸メチル68.6質量部、アクリル酸メチル1.4質量部及びエチルベンゼン30質量部からなる単量体混合物に、1,1−ジ−t−ブチルパーオキシ−3,3,5−トリメチルシクロヘキサン150ppm、及びn−オクチルメルカプタン1500ppmを添加し、均一に混合した。
ニッケル(Ni)製撹拌翼を取り付けた500mLのガラスリアクター中に、1,1―ビス(4−ヒドロキシ−3,5−ジメチルフェニル)メタン0.30モル及びビスフェノールA0.30モルからなる芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物の混合物と、ジフェニルカーボネート0.67モルとを投入し、N2雰囲気下、180℃で30分間撹拌した。その後、テトラメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシドの15%水溶液を、芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物の混合物との合計1モルに対して2.5×10-4モルになる量、及び、水酸化ナトリウムを芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物の混合物との合計1モルに対して1×10-6モルとなる量添加して、N2雰囲気下、180℃で30分間、エステル交換反応を行なった。
重合槽底部に酸素含有ガス導入のためのスパージャー、撹拌タービン翼及びバッフルを備え、重合槽上部のベントガスラインに還流冷却器を備えた10Lのジャケット付き重合槽に、500mL/分の流量で窒素ガスを吹き込みながら、1.099gの塩化第二銅2水和物、4.705gの35%塩酸、41.971gのN,N,N’,N’−テトラメチルプロパンジアミン、31.658gのジ−n−ブチルアミン、1264gのn−ブタノール、544gのメタノール、3792gのキシレン、136gの2,6−ジメチルフェノール及び24gの2,3,6−トリメチルフェノールを投入し、均一溶液となり、かつ、重合槽の内温が40℃になるまで撹拌した。

(C−2)ブレンデックスBMAT(商標名、ケムチュラ・ジャパン株式会社製、架橋AS樹脂)
(C−3)レビタルマットエースAM−808(商標名、ゼオン化成株式会社製、ABS系架橋樹脂)
(D−1)クラウンタルクW85P(商標名、松村産業株式会社製、タルク、平均粒度10μm)
(D−2)EGB731B(商標名、ポッターズ・バロッティーニ株式会社製、ガラスビーズ)
(X−1)カオーワックスEB−FF(商標名、花王株式会社製、エチレンビスステアリルアミド、滑剤)
(X−2)SAK−CS−PPT−1(商標名、品川化工株式会社製、ステアリン酸カルシウム、滑剤)
溶融混練装置として2軸のベント付き押出機(ZSK−25、製品名、Werner&Pfleiderer社製、L/D=37)を用い、表1、2に示す各成分をそれらの表に示す配合比(質量比)にて、それらの表に示す条件により、吐出速度20kg/時間で、溶融混練し、樹脂組成物を得た。得られた樹脂組成物から、日本製鋼所製、J−100EPI射出成形機を用いて、シリンダ設定温度250℃、金型温度60℃の条件にて、平板(90mm×50mm、t=2.5mm)を作製した。得られた平板について、下記のようにして評価を行った。結果を表1、2に示す。
光沢(60°Gloss)をJIS K7105(1981)に準拠し測定した。
入射角−45度のD65光源での受光角15度、45度、110度のL値をJIS K7105(1981)に準拠して測定した。
目視によりキラキラ感や粒子感が認められる結果、金属のような光輝感を強く感じる場合を「A」、Aほどではないが光輝感を普通に感じられる場合を「B」、感じられない場合を「C」と評価した。
50cmの距離からの目視によりゲート部付近に発生するフローマークが確認できない場合を「A」、50cmの距離で確認でき、100cmの距離で確認できない場合を「B」、100cmの距離でもフローマークが明らかに確認できる場合を「C」と評価した。
Claims (6)
- 熱可塑性樹脂100質量部と、平均粒度0.1〜150μmの光輝性顔料0.1〜50質量部と、艶消し剤1〜10質量部と、を含有する樹脂組成物からなる光輝性射出成形体であって、所定の光沢が20〜80%であり、所定のL値が45以上であり、かつ、所定のL値差が66以下である、光輝性射出成形体。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、芳香族ビニル化合物を単量体として有する共重合体を含む、請求項1に記載の光輝性射出成形体。
- 前記光輝性顔料は、アルミニウム顔料を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の光輝性射出成形体。
- 前記艶消し剤は、架橋剤により架橋反応した重合体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の光輝性射出成形体。
- 前記重合体は、ゴム状重合体を含む、請求項4記載の光輝性射出成形体。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、前記熱可塑性樹脂100質量部に対して0.01〜10質量部の滑剤を更に含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の光輝性射出成形体。
