Abstract

- 心肺機能蘇生法(CPR)の効果的な実施を促進するために胸部圧迫の測定及び指示を行うシステムであって、
CPR被救護者の脊椎方向への胸部の変位を示す変位指示信号を生成する変位検出器と、
圧迫周波数を所望の周波数帯域内に変化させて維持し、かつ、胸部の変位を所望の距離範囲内に変化させて維持するために、上記胸部に加えられる所定の胸部圧迫力と所定の圧迫周波数とを指示する胸部圧迫指示信号を提供する信号発生機構とを備えたシステム。 - 上記システムは、
自動コントローラと、
上記自動コントローラの制御下で上記CPR被救護者の胸部に圧迫力を加えることにより被救護者にCPRを実施する自動圧迫装置とをさらに備え、

上記測定されたECG信号から上記CPRによって誘発されたアーティファクトを除去することにより、処理されたECG信号を生成するCPR誘発アーティファクト除去器とを備えたECG信号プロセッサ。 - 上記CPR誘発アーティファクト特定器は、推定される線形システムHを特定するシステム特定器を備えた請求項10記載のECG信号プロセッサ。
- 心肺機能蘇生法(CPR)の効果的な実施を促進するために胸部圧迫の測定及び指示を行う方法であって、
CPR被救護者の脊椎方向への胸部の変位を示す変位指示信号を生成することと、
圧迫周波数を所望の周波数帯域内に変化させて維持し、かつ、胸部の変位を所望の距離範囲内に変化させて維持するために、上記胸部に加えられる所定の胸部圧迫力と所定の圧迫周波数とを指示する胸部圧迫指示信号を提供することとを含む方法。 - 上記方法は、
自動コントローラと、上記自動コントローラの制御下でCPR被救護者の胸部に圧迫力を加えることにより被救護者にCPRを実施する自動圧迫装置とを用いることと、
上記自動コントローラにおいて上記胸部圧迫指示信号を受信することと、
上記胸部圧迫指示信号に従って上記CPR被救護者の胸部に加えられる圧迫の力および周波数を上記自動コントローラを用いて制御することとを含む請求項12記載の方法。 - 上記変位指示信号を生成することは、
動作信号を生成する動作検出器を使用することと、
上記動作信号を距離値に変換することと、
上記距離値を所望の範囲と比較することとを含む請求項12記載の方法。 - 上記動作信号を生成することは、測定された加速度信号を生成することを含み、
上記変換することは、上記加速度信号を積分して直線変位値を生成することを含む請求項14記載の方法。 - 上記方法は、
上記動作検出器の傾斜の程度を示す傾斜補償信号を生成することと、
上記傾斜補償信号に従って上記距離値を調整することとをさらに含む請求項15記載の方法。 - 救護者がCPR被救護者にCPRを実施する間におけるCPR被救護者の脊椎方向へのCPR被救護者の胸部の動作を示す、測定された動作信号を受信することと、
CPRを実施する間における測定されたECG信号を受信することと、
上記測定された動作信号および上記測定されたECG信号を受信し、上記測定されたECG信号に含まれるCPRによって誘発されたアーティファクトを特定することと、
上記測定されたECG信号から上記CPRによって誘発されたアーティファクトを除去することにより、処理されたECG信号を生成することとを含むECG信号処理方法。 - 上記CPRによって誘発されたアーティファクトの特定は、推定される線形システムHを特定することを含む請求項17記載のECG信号処理方法。
