着用可能な医療装置の中には、この医療装置を着用している患者に対して、当該患者にとって関心のある事象を通知するものがある。いくつかの状況においては、着用可能な医療装置は、これらの通知に対する応答を患者から受取る。たとえば、患者の心電図(ECG:electrocardiogram)信号が心臓の異常を示す場合、歩行可能な患者が着用している着用可能な除細動器がアラームを発生させる。心臓の異常がショック療法によって治療可能であることをECG信号が示す場合、患者が不必要なショック療法を受けることを回避したいと希望しているのであれば、着用可能な除細動器がこの通知に対する反応を受取るはずである。

インターフェイスを介して新しいアラームプロファイルを受信し、および、
前記新しいアラームプロファイルをメモリに記憶することが可能である、請求項1に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサとデータ通信するインターフェイスをさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、
前記インターフェイスを介して新しいアラームプロファイルを受信し、
前記新しいアラームプロファイルを前記メモリに記憶し、
前記インターフェイスを介して新しい適合経路を受信し、および、
前記新しい適合経路を前記メモリに記憶することが可能である、請求項1に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。 - 前記事象は、前記着用可能な医療装置を組み入れた着用可能な医療装置コントローラおよび当該着用可能な医療装置を着用する患者の少なくとも一方に関係する、請求項1に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。
- 前記事象は、前記着用可能な医療装置を組込んでいる着用可能な医療装置コントローラに関係し、当該事象は、間違って配置された電極、不適切に取付けられた電極、および前記着用可能な医療装置内に含まれるバッテリが置換えられてからの時間のしきい値量の推移のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特徴は、指定受信者、目標応答、目標応答時間、内容、および発行率のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、少なくとも部分的に、異なる感覚的出力のためのアラームの伝路を変更することにより、アラームの少なくとも1つの特徴を適合させることが可能である、請求項1に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコントローラは、少なくとも部分的に、前記着用可能な医療用装
置とは異なるコンピュータシステムに前記第1インスタンスを伝送することにより、アラームの前記第1インスタンスを発行することが可能である、請求項1に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。 - 前記コンピュータシステムは、個人用電子装置、ホーム基地局、病床のラジオ、テレビ、自動車、監視システム、および緊急応答システムのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項15に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。
- 前記個人用電子装置は、眼鏡、電話、タブレット、ペン、個人用娯楽装置、ヘッドホン、スポーツ機器、個人用電子装置、およびイヤホンを含む、請求項16に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。

事象の発生を検出するステップと、
前記発生の検出に応じてアラームの第1のインスタンスを発行するステップと、
アラームの第1のインスタンスに対する予め定められた応答が目標応答時間内に受信されなかったと判断するステップと、
目標応答時間内に予め定められた応答が受信されなかったと判断したことに応じて、適合経路に従ってアラームの少なくとも1つの特徴を適合させるステップと、
アラームの第2のインスタンスを発行するステップと、を備え、
アラームの第2のインスタンスは少なくとも1つの適合された特徴を有する、方法。 - 現象と少なくも1つの応答パターンとの間の相関関係を判断するステップ、および、
前記少なくとも1つの応答パターンに対処するよう行われた適合を反映させる適合経路を記憶するステップと、をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 現象を検出するステップと、

- 少なくとも1つのプロセッサにより実行可能な一連の命令を非一時的に記憶するコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体であって、
前記一連の命令は、着用可能な医療装置により発行されるアラームを適合させるよう少なくとも1つのプロセッサに命令し、前記一連の命令は、
心臓の異常と前記着用可能な医療装置に関する事象とを備える群からの事象の発生時にアラームがトリガされることを示し、且つ適合経路とアラームとの間の関連付けを含むアラームプロファイルを、メモリに記憶させ、前記適合経路は、前記着用可能な医療装置コントローラによって識別可能な少なくとも1つの事象に対処するために前記アラームの特性の適合を特定し、前記非一時的なコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体はさらに、
事象の発生を検出させ、
前記発生の検出に応じてアラームの第1のインスタンスを発行させ、
アラームの第1のインスタンスに対する予め定められた応答が目標応答時間内に受信されなかったと判断させ、
目標応答時間内に予め定められた応答が受信されなかったと判断したことに応じて、適合経路に従ってアラームの少なくとも1つの特徴を適合させ、および、
アラームの第2のインスタンスを発行させる命令を、含み、
前記アラームの第2のインスタンスは、少なくとも1つの適合された特徴を有する、非一時的なコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの事象は、前記医療装置コントローラの環境の特性と、前記医療装置コントローラを着用する患者の特性のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の着用可能な医療装置コントローラ。
