Description

したがって、製品の設計の理由で、比較的高価なセンサ系を、定常的に廃却しなくてはならない。
Claims (30)
- 患者に心肺蘇生法(CPR)を適用する間に少なくとも1つの圧迫パラメータを特定するための装置であって、
3本の互いに直交して巻かれた電磁場発生コイルを備え、当該3本の電磁場発生コイルの各々から電磁場を発生するように適合された場発生器と、
3本の互いに直交して巻かれた電磁場検出コイルを備え、前記場発生器の前記3本の電磁場発生コイルの各々から発生された電磁場を当該3本の電磁場検出コイルの各々により検出して応答信号を発生するように適合された場検出器と、
前記応答信号から、前記場発生器に対する前記場検出器の位置情報を特定するとともに、前記場検出器の特定された前記位置情報を使用して前記少なくとも1つの圧迫パラメータを特定するように適合されたプロセッサと
を備え、
前記場発生器および前記場検出器の一方は、患者の胸部と一致して動くように適合された位置センサであり、前記場発生器および前記場検出器の他方は、前記患者に対して静止するように適合された基準センサであることを特徴とする装置。 - 各電磁場発生コイルは、少なくとも1本の前記電磁場検出コイルによって検出可能な場を逐次的に発生させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置情報に基づいてCPR適用者にフィードバックを提供するフィードバック構成要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基準センサおよび前記プロセッサはベースユニット内に設けられ、
前記位置センサは前記ベースユニットと通信状態にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 電源が前記ベースユニット内に設けられ、補助電源が前記位置センサに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ベースユニットは、前記位置情報に基づいてCPR適用者にフィードバックを提供するためのフィードバック構成要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは除細動器ユニットまたは自動体外式除細動器(AED)内に設けられ、
前記基準センサと前記位置センサの少なくとも一方は、少なくとも1つの除細動器パッド内に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 電源が、前記位置センサと前記基準センサの少なくとも一方を内蔵する、前記除細動器パッドのうちの少なくとも1つの内部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記位置情報は、3次元位置情報および方位情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置情報は、最大6自由度までの位置情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記6自由度は、x軸位置、y軸位置、z軸位置、ロール、ピッチおよびヨーを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記発生された電磁場は、正弦変調電磁場またはパルスDC信号変調電磁場であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置情報は、前記応答信号の強度に基づいて求められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 基準信号を発生する基準発振器と、前記基準信号を復調する復調器と、平滑化フィルタとをさらに備え、
前記位置情報は、前記応答信号を前記基準発振器により出力された前記基準信号を用いて前記復調器により復調し、前記平滑化フィルタによってその結果を平滑化することによって求められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの圧迫パラメータは、胸部圧迫の角度、胸部圧迫深さ及び胸部圧迫率のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記検出された場および対応する応答信号に対してフィルタリングおよび信号調整を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記信号調整は、前記応答信号における金属による歪を低減することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 信号フィルタリングは、前記応答信号における外部ノイズを低減することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記基準センサの方位を測定するために方位センサが前記基準センサに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサと前記基準センサは、電線またはケーブルによって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサおよび前記基準センサの少なくとも一方は無線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサは前記場発生器であり、前記基準センサは前記場検出器であって、
前記場検出器は前記発生された電磁場を無線式に検出可能であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。 - 前記位置センサは、同期信号および前記応答信号の少なくとも一方を前記ベースユニットへ送る無線信号送信器を内蔵することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記同期信号は、前記位置情報を特定するための基準信号として有用であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサおよび前記基準センサは、前記患者上に配置するように適合された単一ユニット内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基準センサは、壁、天井、床、車輪付き担架、救急車、ヘリコプタ、移動車両、または外部医療機器に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサは、圧迫の開始、圧迫の終了、圧迫の力、圧迫の圧力、圧迫の持続期間、圧迫の速度および圧迫の周波数のうちの少なくとも1つを測定する、圧力スイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 圧迫の圧力、圧迫の力および圧迫の速度の内の少なくとも1つを使用して、前記求められた位置情報を検証することを実行することを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサは、呼吸の有効な吹き込みを判定するために、人工呼吸の間に患者の胸部の位置を測定するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置センサは、前記除細動器パッドのうちの少なくとも1つの中に埋め込まれており、
前記位置センサは、少なくとも1つの他の除細動器パッドに対する、および前記基準センサに対する、前記除細動器パッドのうちの前記少なくとも1つの位置を測定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
