Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリケース20には、バッテリセルの収容部より上方に延長される延長部分19Pを設ける。延長部分19Pには車載状態で車体前後方向に延在するように向きが設定される掌握部を含む取っ手34を設ける。取っ手34は、車幅方向いずれかに偏倚させてバッテリケース20に設けられる。電動車両のメインフレームに取り付けられるロック装置はキー操作によって進退するロックピンを備える。バッテリケース20側の延長部分19Pには、電動車両の前後方向いずれかの側面部にロックピンを受け入れる係合孔62が穿たれる。

Claims (8)
- 電動車両(1)の走行用電動モータ(21)へ電力供給するバッテリセルを収容するバッテリケース(20)を含み、電動車両(1)に対して着脱自在である電動車両用電源装置において、
前記バッテリケース(20)がバッテリセルの収容部より上方に延長される延長部分(19P)を有していて、
該延長部分(19P)には前記電動車両(1)に搭載された状態において車体前後方向に延在するように向きが設定される掌握部(78)を含む取っ手(34)が設けられており、
前記電動車両(1)に取り付けられるロック装置(32)の可動部分(323)と係合する係合部(62)が、前記取っ手(34)に対して前記電動車両(1)の前後方向いずれかの側面部に形成されていることを特徴とする電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記ロック装置(32)の可動部分(323)が、前記ロック装置(32)に対して前記電動車両(1)の前後方向に進退させられるロックピン(323)であり、前記係合部(62)が前記ロックピン(323)を受け入れる係合孔(62)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動車両用電源装置。
- 前記電動車両(1)が、
上方に湾曲した形状を有するモノコック形式のメインフレーム(3)と、
前記メインフレーム(3)にスイングアーム(7)の前端を支持する枢軸(5)と、
前記電動車両(1)の前後方向において前記枢軸(5)の前方に配置される前記電動モータ(21)と、
前記電動モータ(21)のさらに前方に配置されるパワードライブユニット(33)とを備えたものであり、
前記電動モータ(21)と前記パワードライブユニット(33)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記電動モータ(21)を収容し、前記メインフレーム(3)に支持されるモータケース(23)と、
前記バッテリケース(20)の下部に配置されるメス側端子(73)に結合されるオス側端子(63)が配置される端子台(29)と、
前記端子台(29)を下部に備え、前記バッテリケース(20)を前記端子台(29)の上部に配置できるスペースを有するバッテリパックカバー(28)と、
前記バッテリパックカバー(28)を前記モータケース(23)に連結するバッテリパック支持ステー(27)とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記バッテリケース(20)が前記電動車両(1)に装着された状態において、前記延長部分(19P)が前記バッテリケース(20)に対して車体左右方向いずれかに偏倚して設けられており、
前記延長部分(19P)の少なくとも上方の一部分が、前記メインフレーム(3)のうち前記バッテリケース(20)の上方に位置する部分に車体側面視で重なる位置にまで延長されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記メインフレーム(3)に接合されて、前記ロック装置(32)を支持するロック装置支持ステー(30)を備えているとともに、
前記ロック装置支持ステー(30)が、前記バッテリパックカバー(28)の上部に結合されるように拡張された拡張部分(30a)を有していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記電動車両(1)のメインフレーム(3)が前記バッテリパックカバー(28)の前方に垂下するアンダフレーム(105)を備え、
前記アンダフレーム(105)にはスキッドプレート(106)が取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動車両用電源装置。 - 前記係合孔(62)の内周面には、補強部材としてのリング(621)が嵌入されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電動車両用電源装置。
