Abstract
【解決手段】外部に設けられた送電部から非接触で電力を受電する受電部を搭載する車両であって、受電部と同一平面であって、受電部の周囲に配置されるシールド部材400Aを備え、シールド部材400Aは、受電部の周囲の位置において、シールド機能が高い第1シールド領域SR1と、第1シールド領域SR1よりもシールド機能が低い第2シールド領域SR2とを含む。

Description
上記受電部は、上記受電部と上記送電部の間に形成され、かつ特定の周波数で振動する磁界と、上記受電部と上記送電部の間に形成され、かつ特定の周波数で振動する電界との少なくとも一方を通じて上記送電部から電力を受電する。
図1を参照して、本実施の形態に係る電力伝送システムを搭載した車両について説明する。図1は、実施の形態における送電装置、受電装置、および電力伝送システムを搭載した車両を模式的に説明する図である。

ここで、インダクタンスLrおよびキャパシタンスC1,C2を固定して、インダクタンスLtのみを変化させた場合において、送電部93および受電部96の固有周波数のズレと、電力伝送効率との関係を図3に示す。なお、このシミュレーションにおいては、共鳴コイル94および共鳴コイル99の相対的な位置関係は固定した状態であって、さらに、送電部93に供給される電流の周波数は一定である。
図3からも明らかなように、固有周波数のズレ(%)が±0%の場合には、電力伝送効率は、100%近くとなる。固有周波数のズレ(%)が±5%の場合には、電力伝送効率は、40%となる。固有周波数のズレ(%)が±10%の場合には、電力伝送効率は、10%となる。固有周波数のズレ(%)が±15%の場合には、電力伝送効率は、5%となる。すなわち、固有周波数のズレ(%)の絶対値(固有周波数の差)が、受電部96の固有周波数の10%以下の範囲となるように各送電部および受電部の固有周波数を設定することで電力伝送効率を高めることができることがわかる。さらに、固有周波数のズレ(%)の絶対値が受電部96の固有周波数の5%以下となるように、各送電部および受電部の固有周波数を設定することで電力伝送効率をより高めることができることがわかる。なお、シミュレーションソフトしては、電磁界解析ソフトウェア(JMAG(登録商標):株式会社JSOL製)を採用している。
図1において、電磁誘導コイル23には、高周波電力ドライバ22から交流電力が供給される。電磁誘導コイル23に所定の交流電流が流れると、電磁誘導によって共鳴コイル24にも交流電流が流れる。この際、共鳴コイル24を流れる交流電流の周波数が特定の周波数となるように、電磁誘導コイル23に電力が供給されている。
図6から図11を参照して、実施の形態1における電力伝送システムに用いられるシールド部材、およびそのシールド部材を用いた場合のシールド効果について説明する。なお、図6は、電動車両10に搭載される受電装置の一例を示す車両の底面図、図7は、電力伝送システムに用いられるシールド部材の一例を示す模式図、図8は、電力伝送システムにシールド部材を設けない場合の、漏洩電磁波の広がりを示す模式図、図9は、電力伝送システムにシールド部材を設けた場合の、シールド効果を示す模式図、図10は、電力伝送システムに、図7に示すシールド部材を設けた場合の、シールド効果を示す模式図、図11は、電動車両10のアンダーカバーと、図7に示すシールド部材の配置関係を示す図である。
次に、図17および図18を参照して、実施の形態2におけるシールド部材400Bの張出し部400fの形状について説明する。図17は、本実施の形態におけるシールド部材の具体的形状を示す図(平面図)、図18は、本実施の形態におけるシールド部材を車両に搭載した場合の漏洩電磁界に広がりを示す平面図である。
次に、図19から図21を参照して、実施の形態3におけるシールド部材400Cの張出し部400fの形状について説明する。図19は、車両の形状と、車両の後部に搭載されるシールド部材と、漏洩電磁波との関係を示す模式図(平面図)、図20は、本実施の形態におけるシールド部材の具体的形状を示す図(平面図)、図21は、本実施の形態におけるシールド部材を車両に搭載した場合の漏洩電磁界に広がりを示す平面図である。

Claims (9)
- 外部に設けられた送電部から非接触で電力を受電する受電部を搭載する車両であって、
前記受電部と同一平面であって、前記受電部の周囲に配置されるシールド部材を備え、
前記シールド部材は、前記受電部の周囲の位置において、シールド機能が高い第1シールド領域と、前記第1シールド領域よりもシールド機能が低い第2シールド領域とを含む、車両。 - 前記シールド部材は、前記第1シールド領域が、前記受電部から前記受電部が設置される面の外枠までの距離が最短となる位置を含むように配置されている、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 当該車両は、水平面に停車させた状態における平面視において、長手方向と前記長手方向に直交する短手方向とを含み、
前記第1シールド領域が、前記短手方向を含み、
前記第2シールド領域が、前記長手方向を含むように、前記シールド部材が配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の車両。 - 前記シールド部材は、前記車両の外側に向かって延びる張出し部を含み、
前記第1シールド領域に位置する前記張出し部は、前記第2シールド領域に位置する前記張出し部よりもシールド機能が高く設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両。 - 当該車両は、車両搭載物を含み、
前記車両搭載物が、前記第2シールド領域に対向するように、前記シールド部材が配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両。 - 前記受電部は、前記車両のアンダーボディの下方に搭載されている、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の車両。
- 前記送電部の固有周波数と前記受電部の固有周波数との差は、前記受電部の固有周波数の10%以下である、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記受電部と前記送電部との結合係数は、0.1以下である、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記受電部は、前記受電部と前記送電部の間に形成され、かつ特定の周波数で振動する磁界と、前記受電部と前記送電部の間に形成され、かつ特定の周波数で振動する電界との少なくとも一方を通じて前記送電部から電力を受電する、請求項1に記載の車両。
