Abstract
【解決手段】クランクシャフト4とフライホイール5の連結部分、及びフライホイール5とロータシャフト6の連結部分において、フランジ面4a,6aに先すぼまりのテーパ面15,16、フランジ面5a,5bに突起17,18を設け、テーパ面15,16と突起17,18を接触させた状態でフランジ面間にクリアランスC1,C2が形成され、このクリアランスC1,C2の範囲で連結用のボルト9,10を締め込むことにより、両連結部分で二者を締まり嵌め状態で連結するように構成した。

図1はエンジン(エンジンハウジングのみを示す)1と、発電電動機2と、油圧ポンプ(ポンプハウジングのみを示す)3の連結構造を示す。

Claims (3)
- エンジンのクランクシャフトとフライホイール、及び上記フライホイールと発電電動機のロータシャフトが、それぞれ互いのフランジ面が相対向する状態で軸方向に並んで連結されるハイブリッド建設機械の駆動装置において、上記クランクシャフトとフライホイールの連結部分、及び上記フライホイールとロータシャフトの連結部分のうち少なくとも一つの連結部分について、連結される二者のうち一方の上記フランジ面の外径側または内径側の端部に先すぼまりのテーパ面、他方のフランジ面に上記テーパ面に向けて突出する突起をそれぞれ全周に亘って設け、上記テーパ面と突起を接触させた状態で、上記二者のフランジ面間に形成されるクリアランスの範囲で連結用のボルトを締め込んで上記二者を連結するように構成したことを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械の駆動装置。
- 上記連結される二者のフランジ面に、すきま嵌め公差で嵌合する凹部と凸部から成るインロー部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド建設機械の駆動装置。
- 上記クランクシャフトの軸心部に、組立用のシャフト状の治具が装着される治具取付穴を軸方向に設ける一方、上記フライホイール及びロータシャフトの各軸心部に、上記治具が通されるガイド穴を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建設機械の駆動装置。
