Claims (3)
- エンジンのクランクシャフトとフライホイール、及び上記フライホイールと発電電動機のロータシャフトが、それぞれ互いのフランジ面が相対向する状態で軸方向に並んで連結されるハイブリッド建設機械の駆動装置において、上記クランクシャフトとフライホイールの連結部分、及び上記フライホイールとロータシャフトの連結部分のうち少なくとも一つの連結部分について設けられる連結用のボルトを備え、当該連結部分において互いに連結される二者のうち一方の上記フランジ面の外径側の端部に先すぼまりのテーパ面が全周に亘って設けられ、他方のフランジ面に上記テーパ面に向けて突出する突起が全周に亘って設けられ、上記連結用のボルトは、上記テーパ面と上記突起とが接触した状態で締め込まれて上記二者を連結し、上記突起は、上記連結用のボルトの締め込み力により上記二者のフランジ面間に形成されるクリアランスが0となるように当該フランジ面同士が密着するまで上記テーパ面に沿って外周側に弾性変形することを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械の駆動装置。
- 上記連結される二者のフランジ面に、すきま嵌め公差で嵌合する凹部と凸部から成るインロー部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド建設機械の駆動装置。
- 上記クランクシャフトの軸心部に、組立用のシャフト状の治具が装着される治具取付穴を軸方向に設ける一方、上記フライホイール及びロータシャフトの各軸心部に、上記治具が通されるガイド穴を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建設機械の駆動装置。
