Abstract
【解決手段】第1のプレート10の面上の、使用する物品の大きさ、形状に応じた特定領域に、ロボットを用いて、液状の光硬化性接着剤12を直接描画により塗布する。接着剤12が塗布された第1のプレート10の上に、シート状の第2のプレート20を載置し、両プレート間に接着剤12を挟みこむ。次に接着剤を硬化させるための光を、第1のプレート10及び第2のプレート20の双方を通して接着剤12に該光が到達するように接着剤12の両側から照射する。

Claims (4)
- 物品を対象物に取り付けるための両面接着材を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも二次元に稼動可能な、接着剤溶液吐出用のノズルを備えたロボットを用いて、シート状の第1の透光性部材の一方の面上の、物品形状に応じた特定領域に、光硬化性の接着剤を直接描画により塗布する工程と、
前記第1の透光性部材の面上に塗布された接着剤に光を照射して硬化させる工程と、
前記第1の透光性部材の面から硬化した接着剤を取り外して両面接着材として得る工程と、
を有する、両面接着材の製造方法。 - 前記光硬化性の接着剤を塗布する工程の後に、前記第1の透光性部材の面上に塗布された接着剤を介して、挟むように前記第1の透光性部材上に、シート状の第2の透光性部材を載置し、前記第1の透光性部材と第2の透光性部材で前記接着剤を挟む工程をさらに有し、
光を照射して硬化させる工程において、前記第1の透光性部材及び前記第2の透光性部材の双方を通して光が前記接着剤に到達するように前記接着剤の両面から光を照射する、請求項1に記載の両面接着材の製造方法。 - 前記光硬化性の接着剤は紫外線硬化型のアクリル系接着剤である、請求項1又は2に記載の両面接着材の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法により製造された両面接着材を裏面に貼り付けた、両面接着材付き物品。
