Abstract

Claims (10)
- 相転移インクジェットプリンタに用いるための受像部材であって、
第1端部と第2端部との間の長さと、相転移インク画像を受け取って運搬するように構成された外面および前記受像部材の内容積を規定する内面を形成する厚みとを有する、前記第1端部および前記第2端部を有する円筒型の壁と、
前記円筒型の壁の前記内面の少なくとも一部分に固定して係合された前記受像部材の前記内容積に位置付けられ、前記円筒型の壁の長さよりも短い長さを有する第1環状支持部材と、
加熱器が前記加熱器によって発生する熱を前記円筒型の壁の前記内面の方へ向けることができる位置に、前記円筒型の壁の前記内容積の中に位置付けられた前記加熱器とを含む、受像部材。 - 前記第1環状支持部材と前記円筒型の壁の前記第1端部との間に位置付けられ、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面に固定して係合されている、第2環状支持部材と、
前記第1環状支持部材と前記円筒型の壁の前記第2端部との間に位置付けられ、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面に固定して係合されている、第3環状支持部材とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の受像部材。 - 前記環状支持部材はさらに、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面に形成された溝に挿入され、前記溝に挿入された後で互いに固められた、C型の圧縮性の第1輪およびC型の圧縮性の第2輪であって、前記C型の圧縮性の第1輪の開口部は、前記C型の圧縮性の第2輪の開口部とは反対側の前記内容積の側面に位置付けられている、前記C型の圧縮性の第1輪および前記C型の圧縮性の第2輪を含む、請求項1に記載の受像部材。
- 前記環状支持部材は、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面と係合する外周を有し、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面に溶接される、輪状部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の受像部材。
- 相転移インク画像を受け取って運搬するように構成された外面、および、前記受像部材の内容積を規定する内面を有する、円筒型の壁を有するインク受け取り部材と、
前記円筒型の壁の前記内容積の中に位置付けられ、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面に固定して係合された複数の環状支持部材と、
加熱器が前記加熱器によって発生した熱を前記円筒型の壁の前記内面の方へ向けることができる位置に、前記円筒型の壁の前記内容積の中に位置付けられた前記加熱器と、
前記受像部材の前記円筒型の壁の前記外面と係合して動くように構成された転写定着ローラとを含み、前記転写定着ローラは、
外面、第1端部、および、第2端部を有する第2円筒型の壁と、
前記第2円筒型の壁の前記外面に形成された被覆部とを含み、前記被覆部には、前記第2円筒型の壁の前記第1端部と前記第2端部とからほぼ等距離の位置にある第1の厚みと、前記第2円筒型の壁の前記第1端部および前記第2端部における第2の厚みとがあり、前記第1の厚みは、前記第2の厚みよりも大きい、インク受像転写機器。 - 前記複数の環状支持部材における各環状支持部材は、前記複数の環状支持部材の中の次の環状支持部材から所定の距離に位置付けられている、請求項5に記載のインク受像転写機器。
- 前記円筒型の壁の前記第1端部に位置付けられた第1支持部材と、
前記円筒型の壁の前記第2端部に位置付けられた第2支持部材とをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のインク受像転写機器。 - 前記転写定着ローラの前記被覆部がほぼポリウレタンから構成されている、請求項5に記載のインク受像転写機器。
- 前記複数の環状支持部材における少なくとも1つの環状支持部材が、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面に形成された溝に挿入され、前記溝に挿入された後で互いに固められた、C型の圧縮性の第1輪およびC型の圧縮性の第2輪であって、前記C型の圧縮性の第1輪の開口部は、前記C型の圧縮性の第2輪の開口部とは反対側の前記内容積の側面に位置付けられている、前記C型の圧縮性の第1輪および前記C型の圧縮性の第2輪をさらに含む、請求項5に記載のインク受像転写機器。
- 前記複数の環状支持部材における少なくとも1つの環状支持部材は、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面と係合する外周を有し、前記円筒型の壁の前記内面に溶接される、輪状部をさらに含む、請求項5に記載のインク受像転写機器。
