Claims (7)
- 現像スリーブの基体表面にニッケルメッキ層を形成し、このニッケルメッキ層の表面にニッケル酸化被膜を形成し、前記ニッケル酸化被膜の形成は、酸化処理を複数回繰り返すことにより遂行されることを特徴とする現像ローラ。
- 前記現像スリーブの基体は、アルミニウム系金属材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の現像ローラ。
- 前記ニッケル酸化被膜の形成は、弱酸を用いて酸化処理を施した後に、強酸を用いて酸化処理を施すことにより遂行されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の現像ローラ。
- 前記ニッケル酸化被膜の形成は、基体表面にニッケルメッキ層を備えた前記現像スリーブを酸の水溶液中に浸漬することにより遂行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の現像ローラ。
- 現像スリーブの基体表面にニッケルメッキ層を備えた現像ローラを製造するに際し、前記現像スリーブの前記ニッケルメッキ層の表面にニッケル酸化被膜を形成し、前記ニッケル酸化被膜の形成は、酸化処理を複数回繰り返すことにより遂行されることを特徴とする現像ローラの製造方法。
- 前記ニッケル酸化被膜の形成は、弱酸を用いて酸化処理を施した後に、強酸を用いて酸化処理を施すことにより遂行されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の現像ローラの製造方法。
- 前記ニッケル酸化被膜の形成は、基体表面にニッケルメッキ層を備えた前記現像スリーブを酸の水溶液中に浸漬することにより遂行されることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の現像ローラの製造方法。
