Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、エンジン(1)と可変ギヤ比を有するトランスミッション(2)との間に、当該トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)と常時結合されモータとして及び発電機として運転可能な電気機械(4)と、トランスミッション(2)用油圧ポンプ(5)と、を備え、前記エンジン(1)と前記トランスミッション(2)との間に、少なくとも1つの切換え可能な第1クラッチ装置(7)が配設されており、前記油圧ポンプ(5)は、前記トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)と回転しないように結合されていることを特徴とするパワートレインを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置である。

ことを特徴とするパワートレインを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置。 - エンジン(1)と可変ギヤ比を有するトランスミッション(2)との間に、当該トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)と常時結合されモータとして及び発電機として運転可能な電気機械(4)と、トランスミッション(2)用油圧ポンプ(5)と、を備え、
前記エンジン(1)と前記トランスミッション(2)との間に、少なくとも1つの切換え可能な第1クラッチ装置(7)とトルクコンバータ(12)とが配設されており、
前記油圧ポンプ(5)は、前記トルクコンバータ(12)と結合されている
ことを特徴とするパワートレインを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 電気機械(4)として、クランクシャフトスタータージェネレータ(13)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - エンジン(1)と可変ギヤ比を有するトランスミッション(2)との間に、当該トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)と常時結合されモータとして及び発電機として運転可能な第1電気機械(4)と、第2電気機械と回転しないように結合されているトランスミッション(2)用油圧ポンプ(5)と、を備え、
前記エンジン(1)と前記トランスミッション(2)との間に、少なくとも1つの切換え可能なクラッチ装置が配設されており、
前記油圧ポンプ(5)は、少なくとも1つの動力伝達用エレメントを介して前記トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)と結合されている
ことを特徴とするパワートレインを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 動力伝達用エレメントとして、フリーホイール(11)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記油圧ポンプ(5)は、挟み締め可能な(verklemmbar)フリーホイール(11)を介してエンジン(1)によって、及び/または、第1電気機械(4)によって、駆動可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記フリーホイール(11)は、油圧ポンプ(5)のポンプ軸と結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記フリーホイール(11)は、トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)に対して、同軸に配設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記油圧ポンプ(5)と前記第2電気機械(10)とは、トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)に対して同軸または軸並行に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至8のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)と油圧ポンプ(5)のポンプ軸との間に、1つのギヤ比が配設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 第2電気機械(10)は、駆動装置として油圧ポンプ(5)に内蔵されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至10のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 追加の電動油圧ポンプ(MSA)が前記トランスミッション(2)に配設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - トーションダンパーがエンジン(1)とトランスミッション(2)との間に配設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - トーションダンパーがエンジン(1)のクランクシャフト(6)と間接にまたは直接に結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)に対して横向きに配設されている出力軸(14)がトーションダンパーとエンジン(1)との間に配設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - トランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)に対して横向きに配置されている出力軸(14)がトーションダンパーとトランスミッション(2)との間に配設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - トーションダンパーとして設けられているデュアルマスフライホイール(9)の第1マスが、エンジン(1)とトランスミッション(2)の駆動軸(3)に対して横向きに配設されている出力軸(14)との間に配設されており、
当該デュアルマスフライホイール(9)の第2マスが、横向きに配設されている出力軸(14)とトランスミッション(2)との間に配設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 第2クラッチ装置(8)として、自動変速多段式トランスミッションのクラッチまたはブレーキが、少なくとも前進8速、そして少なくとも後進1速を有するように、遊星歯車構造の中に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記多段式トランスミッション(2)は、
駆動軸(3)及び出力軸(14)と、
少なくとも4つの遊星歯車セット(RS1、RS2、RS3、RS4)と、
少なくとも8本の回転可能な軸(I、II、III、IV、V、VI、VII、VIII)と、
少なくとも5つのシフトエレメント(A、B、C、D、E)と、
を備えており、
その選択的噛合いは、駆動軸(3)と出力軸(14)との間で異なるギヤ比を生じさせ、その結果、前進8速、そして少なくとも後進1速が実現でき、
第4遊星歯車セット(RS4)のプラネタリーキャリヤ(ST4)と駆動軸(3)とは、回転しないように互いに結合されて、第1軸(I)を形成しており、
第3遊星歯車セット(RS3)のプラネタリーキャリヤ(ST3)と出力軸(14)とは、回転しないように互いに結合されて、第2軸(II)を形成しており、
第1遊星歯車セット(RS1)の太陽歯車(SO1)と第4遊星歯車セット(RS4)の太陽歯車(SO4)とは、回転しないように互いに結合されて、第3軸(III)を形成しており、
第1遊星歯車セット(RS1)の内歯歯車(HO1)は、第4軸(IV)を形成しており、
第2遊星歯車セット(RS2)の内歯歯車(HO2)と第3遊星歯車セット(RS3)の太陽歯車(SO3)とは、回転しないように互いに結合されて、第5軸(V)を形成しており、
第1遊星歯車セット(RS1)のプラネタリーキャリヤ(ST1)と第3遊星歯車セット(RS3)の内歯歯車(HO3)とは、回転しないように互いに結合されて、第6軸(VI)を形成しており、
第2遊星歯車セット(RS2)の太陽歯車(SO2)と第4遊星歯車セット(RS4)の内歯歯車(HO4)とは、回転しないように互いに結合されて、第7軸(VII)を形成しており、
第2遊星歯車セット(RS2)のプラネタリーキャリヤ(ST2)は、第8軸(VIII)を形成しており、
第1シフトエレメント(A)は、パワーフローの中で、第3軸(III)とトランスミッション(2)のハウジング(GG)との間に配設されており、

ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 第1クラッチ装置(7)が発進クラッチとして設計されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至19のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 第1クラッチ装置及び/または第2クラッチ装置は、通常解除されている、または、通常締結されているクラッチとして形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項18乃至20のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
