【課題】 使用済み蓄電装置を搭載可能な安価な蓄電システムを提供する。
【解決手段】 識別子を用いて通信を行う複数の蓄電装置10A〜10Cと、複数の蓄電装置10A〜10Cの識別子を変換する変換装置20と、変換装置20により変換された識別子を用いて変換装置20を介して複数の蓄電装置10A〜10Cと通信を行い、複数の蓄電装置10A〜10Cから出力された直流電力を所定の大きさに変換して出力するとともに所定の大きさの直流電力により蓄電装置10A〜10Cを充電する充放電制御装置30と、充放電制御装置30から出力された直流電力を交流電力に変換するとともに、配電系統から供給される交流電力を直流電力に変換して充放電制御装置30へ供給するAC/DCコンバータ40と、充放電制御装置30およびAC/DCコンバータ40を制御する制御装置50と、を備えた蓄電システム。

Description
複数の蓄電装置10A、10B、10Cのそれぞれは、複数の蓄電池セルを含む組電池BTと、バッテリ管理ユニット12と、を備えている。蓄電装置10A、10B、10Cは同一車種の電気自動車で使用されたリユースバッテリである。
本実施形態の蓄電システムはイーサネット(登録商標)を利用して外部と通信し、蓄電システム内部ではCAN通信プロトコルを利用して通信を行っている。
図4に本実施形態の蓄電システムの一構成例を概略的に示す。本実施形態の蓄電システムは通信系統の構成が上述の第1実施形態と異なっている。本実施形態の蓄電システムでは、複数の蓄電装置10A、10B、10Bは異なる車種の電気自動車で使用されたリユースバッテリである。蓄電装置10A、10Cのバッテリ管理ユニット12は、蓄電システム内のCAN通信の通信速度(第1速度)[bps]と同じ速度で通信するが、蓄電装置10Bのバッテリ管理ユニット12は蓄電システム内の通信速度よりも遅い通信速度(第2速度)[bps]で通信を行う。
図6に本実施形態の蓄電システムの一構成例を概略的に示す。本実施形態の蓄電システムは通信系統の構成が上述の第1実施形態と異なっている。本実施形態の蓄電システムでは、複数の蓄電装置10A、10B、10Bは異なる車種の電気自動車で使用されたリユースバッテリである。蓄電装置10A、10Cのバッテリ管理ユニット12は第1速度(Hi−speed)で通信するが、蓄電装置10Bのバッテリ管理ユニット12は第2速度(Lo−speed)で通信を行う。

前記変換装置により変換された識別子を用いて前記変換装置を介して前記複数の蓄電装置と通信を行い、前記複数の蓄電装置から出力された直流電力を所定の大きさに変換して出力するとともに所定の大きさの直流電力により前記蓄電装置を充電する充放電制御装置と、
前記充放電制御装置から出力された直流電力を交流電力に変換するとともに、配電系統から供給される交流電力を直流電力に変換して前記充放電制御装置へ供給するAC/DCコンバータと、
前記充放電制御装置および前記AC/DCコンバータを制御する制御装置と、を備えた蓄電システム。 - 前記変換装置は、前記蓄電装置が接続された前記充放電制御装置の番号と、前記充放電制御装置に接続された複数の前記蓄電装置に順次付された番号と、を用いて前記識別子を変換する請求項1記載の蓄電システム。
- 前記変換装置は、前記識別子を変換する際に用いる番号を設定するロータリースイッチを備えている請求項1又は請求項2記載の蓄電システム。
- 所定の通信速度で通信を行う複数の蓄電装置と、
前記複数の蓄電装置から出力された直流電力を所定の大きさに変換して出力するとともに所定の大きさの直流電力により前記蓄電装置を充電する充放電制御装置と、
前記充放電制御装置から出力された直流電力を交流電力に変換するとともに、配電系統から供給される交流電力を直流電力に変換して前記充放電制御装置へ供給するAC/DCコンバータと、
前記充放電制御装置および前記AC/DCコンバータを制御する制御装置と、
前記複数の蓄電装置との通信速度を設定する第1通信速度設定手段を含み、前記複数の蓄電装置と前記充放電制御装置との間に介在する変換装置と、を備えた蓄電システム。 - 前記変換装置と、前記充放電制御装置と、前記制御装置とが接続された通信バスラインをさらに備える請求項1又は請求項4記載の蓄電システム。
- 前記変換装置と前記制御装置とが接続されたイーサネット通信ラインと、
前記充放電制御装置と前記イーサネット通信ラインとの間に介在して前記充放電制御装置のIPアドレスを生成する第2変換装置と、
前記AC/DCコンバータと前記イーサネット通信ラインとの間に介在して前記AC/DCコンバータのIPアドレスを生成する第3変換装置と、
前記イーサネット通信ラインと外部装置とを接続する接続部と、をさらに備え、
前記変換装置は前記蓄電装置のIPアドレスを生成するイーサネット変換手段を備える請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の蓄電システム。
