Abstract
【解決手段】100Pa以下の低酸素分圧下の高温熱処理により形成され、バルブ金属酸化膜からなる表面層を有し、該表面層の直下層がバルブ金属と貴金属(銀(Ag)を除く。以下同じ。)からなり、前記バルブ金属の結晶粒界中に貴金属が析出し分散している装飾用金属材料であって、該表面から垂直深さ方向30μmの範囲内のバルブ金属の結晶が、表面から垂直断面において細長の結晶粒であり、表面から垂直深さ方向10μmの範囲内の貴金属が5原子%以下であることを特徴とする装飾用金属材料。

Claims (6)
- 100Pa以下の低酸素分圧下の高温熱処理により形成され、バルブ金属酸化膜からなる表面層を有し、該表面層の直下層がバルブ金属と貴金属(銀(Ag)を除く。以下同じ。)からなり、前記バルブ金属の結晶粒界中に貴金属が析出し分散している装飾用金属材料であって、
該表面から垂直深さ方向30μmの範囲内のバルブ金属の結晶が、表面から垂直断面において細長の結晶粒であり、表面から垂直深さ方向10μmの範囲内の貴金属が5原子%以下であることを特徴とする装飾用金属材料。 - 貴金属が白金族金属である請求項1に記載の装飾用金属材料。
- 貴金属が白金(Pt)、イリジウム(Ir)、ルテニウム(Ru)またはパラジウム(Pd)である請求項1に記載の装飾用金属材料。
- 表面から垂直深さ方向10μmの範囲内の貴金属が0.01〜5原子%である請求項1に記載の装飾用金属材料。
- バルブ金属がチタン(Ti)またはジルコニウム(Zr)である請求項1に記載の装飾用金属材料。
- 表面層のバルブ金属酸化膜の厚みが3nm以上200nm以下の範囲である請求項1に記載の装飾用金属材料。
