Abstract
【解決手段】シールド付電線1は、電線3と、電線3の長手方向に沿った長尺帯状で電線3に対して平行な状態で巻き付けられる導電シート5と、電線3に巻き付けられた導電シート5の外周に螺旋状に巻回して巻き付けられる長尺状の保護テープ7とからなる。電線の長手方向に沿って長尺帯状の導電シートを電線に対して平行な状態で巻き付けて所望の電線長に合わせて切断し、電線に巻き付けられた導電シートの外周に長尺状の保護テープを螺旋状に巻回して巻き付けて所望の電線長に合わせて切断する前記シールド付電線の製造方法。

Claims (5)
- 電線と、この電線の長手方向に沿った長尺帯状で電線に対して平行な状態で巻き付けられる導電シートと、電線に巻き付けられた導電シートの外周に螺旋状に巻回して巻き付けられる長尺状の保護テープと、からなることを特徴とするシールド付電線。
- 電線の長手方向に沿って長尺帯状の導電シートを電線に対して平行な状態で巻き付けて所望の電線長に合わせて導電シートを切断し、電線に巻き付けられた導電シートの外周に長尺状の保護テープを螺旋状に巻回して巻き付けて所望の電線長に合わせて保護テープを切断することを特徴とするシールド付電線の製造方法。
- 請求項2記載のシールド付電線の製造方法であって、
前記保護テープの裏面側が粘着面に形成されており、この粘着面が前記導電シートの外周に螺旋状に巻き付けられることにより前記導電シートを電線に固定することを特徴とするシールド付電線の製造方法。 - 請求項2又は3記載のシールド付電線の製造方法であって、
前記保護テープは螺旋状に前記導電シートの外周面に巻き付けられる際に導電シートの外周を一回りした巻回部の側部同士が重なるように電線の長手方向の軸に対して所定の角度に傾斜するとともに、所定の幅に設定されていることを特徴とするシールド付電線の製造方法。 - 請求項2又は3記載の製造方法で製造されるシールド付き電線であって、
使用する電線を所望の長さに切断し、端末処理し、端子圧着を行った後、導電シートと保護テープを巻き付けた自動車用シール付ワイヤーハーネスであることを特徴とするシールド付電線。
