Claims (7)
- 電線に対して後嵌めされる後嵌めシールド部材であって、
アラミド繊維、ポリアリレート繊維、又はPBO繊維に対して金属メッキを施したメッキ繊維の束がコイル状に巻かれている
ことを特徴とする後嵌めシールド部材。 - 前記メッキ繊維の束は、扁平状となっており、扁平面がコイル中心に面する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の後嵌めシールド部材。 - 後嵌め先となる電線の外径をDとし、後嵌め先となる電線に対して後嵌め後にピッチPにて前記メッキ繊維の束を電線に対して螺旋巻きさせる場合、前記メッキ繊維の束の内径dは、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の後嵌めシールド部材。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の後嵌めシールド部材と、
前記後嵌めシールド部材のコイル内側に挿通された電線と、を備え、
前記後嵌めシールド部材は、その自然長よりも引き伸ばされて、前記電線の周囲に螺旋巻きされた状態となっている
ことを特徴とするシールド電線。 - 前記メッキ繊維の束の幅をTとし、前記メッキ繊維の束の数をNとし、前記電線の外径をDとした場合、
を満たす
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシールド電線。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の後嵌めシールド部材のコイル内側に電線を挿通させる挿通工程と、
前記挿通工程において挿通された後嵌めシールド部材の一端側を固定する第1固定工程と、
前記第1固定工程において固定された後嵌めシールド部材を他端側へ引き伸ばす伸長工程と、
前記伸長工程において引き伸ばされた後嵌めシールド部材の他端側を固定する第2固定工程と、
を備えることを特徴とするシールド電線の製造方法。 - アラミド繊維、ポリアリレート繊維、又はPBO繊維に対して金属メッキを施すメッキ工程と、
前記メッキ工程において金属メッキが施されて得られたメッキ繊維の束を所定径のコイル状に巻いたうえで、所定温度以上且つ所定時間以上の熱処理を施す熱処理工程と、
前記熱処理工程後のメッキ繊維の束を冷却する冷却工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする後嵌めシールド部材の製造方法。
