Claims (4)
- 可撓性の導線(2)及び該導線の端部(3)に少なくとも1つの差込式コネクター(4)を備えた接続ケーブル(1)であって、
導線(2)は、絶縁された複数の撚線(6)から成る1本の線束(5)、線束(5)を包む遮蔽膜(7)並びに遮蔽膜(7)を外側から包む保護被覆(8)を備え、
差込式コネクター(4)は金属製のハウジング(9)を備え、ハウジング(9)には、ハウジング(9)から絶縁された接触子が内蔵され且つ撚線(6)と遮蔽膜(7)のどちらかと電気的に接続された遮蔽鞘(10)が装着され、
少なくとも1つの導電性の遮蔽テープ(12)は、撚線(6)に沿って斜めに遮蔽テープ(12)の側部が重なり合うように、線束(5)及び遮蔽鞘(10)の周りを螺旋状に巻かれて遮蔽膜(7)を形成し、少なくとも1つの非導電性の被覆テープ(14)は、遮蔽膜(7)に沿って斜めに被覆テープ(14)の側部が重なり合うように、遮蔽膜(7)の周りを螺旋状に巻かれて保護被覆(8)を形成し、
保護被覆(8)は、遮蔽膜(7)と全長に渉って重なり合って遮蔽膜(7)を押圧し、遮蔽テープ(12)は線束(5)及び遮蔽鞘(10)と接着され且つ/又は被覆テープ(14)は遮蔽テープ(12)により形成された遮蔽膜(7)と接着されていることを特徴とする接続ケーブル。 - 遮蔽テープ(12)及び/又は被覆テープ(14)は接着剤層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続ケーブル。
- 遮蔽テープ(12)と被覆テープ(14)は同一方向に巻かれることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の接続ケーブル。
- 遮蔽テープ(12)及び/又は被覆テープ(14)は遮蔽鞘(10)を起点に巻かれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の接続ケーブル。
