Abstract
【解決手段】接続ケーブル1は、可撓性の導線2及び該導線の端部3に少なくとも1つの差込式コネクター4を備え、導線2は絶縁された撚線6から成る1本の線束5、線束5を包む遮蔽膜7並びに遮蔽膜7を外側から包む保護被覆8を備え、差込式コネクター4は円形の金属製のハウジング9を備え、ハウジング9には絶縁された接触子が内蔵され且つ撚線6又は遮蔽膜7と電気的に接続された絶縁鞘10が装着されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 可撓性の導線(2)及び該導線の端部(3)に少なくとも1つの差込式コネクター(4)を備えた接続ケーブル(1)であって、
導線(2)は、絶縁された撚線(6)から成る1本の線束(5)、線束(5)を包む遮蔽膜(7)並びに遮蔽膜(7)を外側から包む保護被覆(8)を備え、
差込式コネクター(4)は円形の金属製のハウジング(9)を備え、ハウジング(9)には、絶縁された接触子が内蔵され且つ撚線(6)又は遮蔽膜(7)と電気的に接続された絶縁鞘(10)が装着され、
少なくとも1つの導電性の遮蔽テープ(12)から成る遮蔽膜(7)及び少なくとも1つの非導電性の被覆テープ(14)から成る保護被覆(8)は、撚線(6)に沿って斜めに、該テープの側部が重なり合うように線束(5)及び遮蔽鞘(10)の周りを螺旋状に巻かれていることを特徴とする接続ケーブル。 - 遮蔽テープ(12)は線束(5)及び遮蔽鞘(10)と接着され且つ/又は被覆テープ(14)は遮蔽テープ(12)により形成された遮蔽膜(7)と接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続ケーブル。
- 遮蔽テープ(12)及び/又は被覆テープ(14)は接着剤層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の接続ケーブル。
- 遮蔽テープ(12)と被覆テープ(14)は同一方向に巻かれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の接続ケーブル。
- 遮蔽テープ(12)及び/又は被覆テープ(14)は遮蔽鞘(10)を起点に巻かれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の接続ケーブル。
