Abstract
Description
当該すべり軸受材料を作製するために、最初のステップにおいて、CuFe2P粉末をスチール支持層に付け、950〜980℃で焼結させる。次いで、0.5%未満の空隙率値が得られるように、当該材料を圧延ステップによって圧縮する。焼結層を馴染ませるため、950〜980℃で焼結を繰り返し、2回目の圧延ステップにより、当該層の硬度を90〜150HBW1/5/30に調節し、また空隙率の値を0.3%未満に調節する。
すべり軸受材料を作製するために、CuFe2Pをその融点である1089℃より高い温度に加熱して溶融させる。次いで、当該溶融物を1150〜1250℃の温度のスチール支持層上に注ぐ。
Claims (11)
- すべり軸受におけるCuFe2Pの使用。
- すべり軸受材料としてのCuFe2Pの使用。
- CuFe2Pを鋳造材料として使用する、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- CuFe2Pを焼結材料として使用する、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の使用。
- CuFe2Pを950〜980℃の温度で焼結する、請求項4に記載の使用。
- CuFe2Pベースの材料に硬質な粒子を導入する、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の使用。
- AlN、Al2O3、NiB、Fe2B、SiC、TiC、WC、W2C、Mo2C、c−Bn、MoSi2、Si3N4、Fe3P、Fe2P、Fe3B、TiO2、およびZrO2の粒子を導入する、請求項6に記載の使用。
- 材料に固体潤滑剤を導入する、請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の使用。
- 前記固体潤滑剤としてh−BNまたはグラファイトを使用する、請求項8に記載の使用。
- スチール製であるのが好ましい支持層(2)と、
請求項2から9のいずれか1つに記載のすべり軸受材料で作製された軸受金属層(3)と、
を含む、すべり軸受複合材料(1)。 - 請求項10に記載のすべり軸受複合材料を含む、スライド部材またはすべり軸受。
