前記ばねワイヤを複数のヘリカルコイルに形成することと、
前記コイルを傾斜させて、前記傾斜コイルばねを形成することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記内部コアは銅または銅合金を含み、かつ前記外層はステンレス鋼を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コアは空洞である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中空コアは流体を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記流体は相変化冷却を可能にする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記流体は、水、エタノール、アセトン、ナトリウム、または水銀である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ばねは、純銅の導電率の少なくとも50パーセントである導電率を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。

第1の導電率を有する材料から、空洞である内部コアを形成することと、
前記第1の導電率よりも小さい第2の導電率を有する材料から第2の層を前記コアの周囲に被覆またはめっきし、ばねワイヤを形成することと、
前記ばねワイヤを複数のヘリカルコイルに形成することと、
前記コイルを傾斜させて、前記傾斜コイルばねを形成することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記内部コアは銅または銅合金を含み、かつ前記第2の層はステンレス鋼を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記中空コアは流体を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記流体は相変化冷却を可能にする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記流体は、水、エタノール、アセトン、ナトリウム、または水銀である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ばねは、純銅の導電率の少なくとも50パーセントである導電率を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。

- 前記コアは第1の導電率を有する材料を含み、前記外層は第2の導電率を有する材料を含み、かつ前記第2の導電率は前記第1の導電率よりも小さい、請求項15に記載のばね。
- 前記内部コアは銅または銅合金を含み、かつ前記外層はステンレス鋼を含む、請求項20に記載のばね。
- 前記外層は2つの異なりかつ混在しない材料を含み、前記材料のうちの第1の材料は、前記ばねワイヤの断面の孤における第1の部分に沿って配置され、前記材料のうちの第2の材料は、前記ばねワイヤの断面の孤における第2の部分に沿って配置される、請求項19に記載のばね。
- 前記孤の第1および第2の部分は各々180度である、請求項22に記載のばね。
- 前記ばねは純銅の少なくとも50パーセントの導電率を有する、請求項15に記載のばね。
- 内部コアおよび前記コアの少なくとも一部を囲む外層を含むばねワイヤを備えた多層状傾斜コイルばねであって、
前記外層は2つの異なりかつ混在しない材料を含み、前記材料のうちの第1の材料は、コア断面の孤における第1の部分に沿って配置され、前記材料のうちの第2の材料は、前記コア断面の孤における第2の部分に沿って配置され、
