透明体は、少なくとも1つの結合面上で透明ポリマー層を通じて透明板に確実な係止方式にて接続され、透明体の最大幅および最大長さは透明板の最小幅および最小長さより小さく、透明体の透過面および透明板の表面は、10°未満の最大角度偏差で互いに平行に延びる、車両用グレージングによって実現される。

Claims (15)
- a)少なくとも1つの透明板(1)と、
b)1つの透明体(2)と、
c)それらの間に介在する少なくとも1つの透明ポリマー層と、を少なくとも含み、
透明体(2)が少なくとも1つの結合面A2上で透明ポリマー層(3)を通じて透明板(1)に確実な係止方式にて接続され、透明体(2)の最大幅B2および最大長さL2が透明板(1)の最小幅B1および最小長さL1より小さく、透明体(2)の透過面A2−pおよび透明板(1)の表面A1が10°未満の最大角度偏差で互いに平行に延びる、車両用グレージング。 - 透明体(2)の透過面A2−pおよび透明板(1)の表面A1が2°未満の最大角度偏差で互いに平行に延びる、請求項1に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明体(2)が5mmから100mmの最大幅を有する、請求項1または2に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明体の結合面A2および透過面A2−pが台形型である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明体(2)が、10mmから200mmの長さL2および/または2mmから25mmの厚みD2を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明体(2)の少なくとも1つの側面A2−q上が光吸収層(4)を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 光吸収部品(5)が、電磁送信器または受信システムの位置決めおよび実装のための、傾斜平面、開口部、隆起部、および/またはねじ部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明体(2)が、小区域内に、側面A2−q上の電磁センサ信号の結合R_eおよび減結合R_aのための傾斜平面、凹状および/または凸状湾曲を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明体(2)の透過面A2−pが、好ましくは二酸化ケイ素、ケイ酸塩、窒化ケイ素、金属窒化物、および/またはそれらの混合物を含む、少なくとも1つの反射防止層(8)を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明体(2)の表面A2−p上の少なくとも1つの被覆(6)および/または結合面A2上の少なくとも1つの被覆(7)が、銀、酸化スズ、酸化亜鉛、インジウムスズ酸化物、および/またはそれらの混合物を含有する、導電性の透明な被覆を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明板(1)が、被覆塗料(10)を用いた少なくとも1つの部分的被覆を含み、電磁放射線の透過用の表面を完全にまたは部分的に画定する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 透明板(1)が、好ましくは透明板(1)の湾曲に対応して、縦方向および/または横方向に湾曲している、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の車両用グレージング。
- 車両用グレージングの製造方法であって、
a)1つの透明板(1)が被覆塗料(10)で部分的に被覆されるステップと、
b)1つの透明体(2)および結合面A2に付着された1つの透明ポリマー層(3)が予備加熱されるステップと、
c)バキュームベルの下で透明ポリマー層(3)を備える透明体(2)に真空が印加されるステップと、
d)透明板(1)上の透明ポリマー層(3)を備える透明体(2)が被覆塗料(10)を用いた被覆上に位置合わせされるステップと、
e)透明ポリマー層(3)を備える透明体(2)が透明板(1)上に広げられながら接着されるステップと、を含む方法。 - 透明板(1)がオートクレーブで2つの透明板から積層される、請求項13に記載の透明板の製造方法。
- 電磁放射線の透過のためおよび運転者支援システムの取付けのためのフロントガラスとしての、請求項1から12に記載の車両用グレージングの使用。
