- 前記少なくとも一つの導電層(12)が、導電コーティング、カーボンコーティング層、又は金属層であるか、あるいは、導電ポリマーを含むか、導電ポリマーからなる、請求項5又は6に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記インレイ要素(5)が、異なる構造の、少なくとも二つの導電要素(12)を有している、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記不透明層(9)の切欠き(10)又は前記基材の、前記不透明な着色から除外されている領域(11)が、光学センサー(14)のセンサーウインドウである、請求項2~8のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記基材層(8)が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、又はポリエチレン(PE)、好ましくはPETを含むか、あるいは、これらからなる、請求項2~3又は5~8のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記不透明層(9)が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、又はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)、好ましくはPETを含むか、あるいは、これらからなる、請求項2又は4~10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン。
- 通して見たとき、少なくとも、前記切欠き(10)の領域又は前記不透明な着色から除外されている前記領域(11)に、電気的に加熱可能な要素(12a)として実装されている導電要素(12)が配置されている、請求項2~3又は5~11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記複合ペイン(1)が、上端(O)及び下端(U)を有しており、かつ中心線に沿って鏡面対称であるエッジウインドシールドであり、かつ、前記インナー要素(5)が、前記ウインドシールドの上側エッジ(O)の近傍の中心線(M)に配置されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)の製造方法であって、
少なくとも、
(a)外側ペイン(2)、切欠き(6)を有する内側ペイン(1)、第一熱可塑性中間層(4a)、切欠き(7)を有する第二熱可塑性中間層(4b)、及びインレイ要素(5)を提供し、
(b)前記外側ペイン(2)に直接的に隣接する前記第一熱可塑性中間層(4a)、前記内側ペイン(3)に直接的に隣接する前記第二熱可塑性中間層(4b)、及び前記第一熱可塑性中間層(4a)と前記第二熱可塑性中間層(4b)との間の前記インレイ要素(5)を配置して、通して見たとき、前記インレイ要素(5)を配置する領域内で、完全に、前記第二熱可塑性中間層(4b)の切欠き(7)を配置し、かつ、通して見たとき、前記第二熱可塑性中間層(4b)の切欠き(7)内に、完全に、前記内側ペイン(3)の切欠き(6)を配置し、かつ、
(c)前記第一熱可塑性中間層(4a)及び前記第二熱可塑性中間層(4b)を介して、積層によって、前記外側ペイン(2)を前記内側ペイン(3)に結合する、
複合ペイン(1)の製造方法。 - 乗物ペイン、好ましくは自動車のウインドシールドとしての、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)の使用。
